My daughter lived in a 3 bedroom for 2 years. As other have stated- furniture/appliances look new, deliveries ( especially amazon) can be a nightmare: missing packages, not a secure space- packages just thrown around. Maintenance unresponsive, noise level depends on where you're located. The single trash bin outside is constantly overflowing- they need to get another one. The second floor room "the nest" is downright scary when it rains or slight amount of wind- poor construction material choices for this space. (they drew straws to determine who ended up with this room) The real kicker is when you leave: management not only takes your security deposit but charges each tenant a lot of money- over $300 a person- to repaint the entire apartment, steam clean carpets, etc. I was there when they moved out and the place was clean, the walls and floors were not scuffed or dirty, no stains etc. Management wants the place to look new and fresh for the next tenants but the previous tenants should not have to pay for a total new look. This should be a management cost! I've had several kids in different apartments over the years and this is the first time I had to pay a large excessive amount of money after moving out. Look for other options!

Package stealing, service attitude with little empathy and accountability, noise… But the room is relatively large, clean and new. The furniture is fine. Maintenance is fine. Convenient transportation and close to the college I study.

Noise level is surprisingly very calm even despite it's location near where the marching band practices and the adjacent frats/sororities. Good furnishings for the price and spacious living room + kitchen space. Only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5 is due to maintenance being slower than other property management companies I've been with, but not unreasonably so. Additionally, my unit wasn't that clean when I moved in, though I'm not sure if that was just a one-off.

I've lived here for 2 years now, and although the location is great, they do not answer maintenance requests in a timely manner. I've never had a problem with them until this year, but I've put in a work order literally over 3 months ago and they still haven't come to fix it. I've called the office 3 times, and each time they nicely say that they'll let the maintenance guy know, but never apologize for the ridiculous amount of time it's been. The last time I called the assistant manager said, "there's no guarantee" that maintenance can get to it by this week after I've waited for 3 months. There's no sense of urgency. Not to mention my washer being broken for months and them not having a solution to that besides me having to take my laundry elsewhere when I am paying for this amenity - this happened to another woman living here too. They do not do a good job of keeping their residents happy here. I can go on. Their management has really gone downhill since a couple of people left this company in the fall. For the price I'm paying to live here, residents deserve better treatment.

Please do not live here. Ever since the new management came this place is an utter disappointment. My in unit dryer was broken and not replaced for over 2 MONTHS. The management never gave us any answers or compensation for their lack of responsibility. My toilet flusher was held together with tape and sticks which I had to go out and replace myself. The AC constantly broke as did many of the lights in the kitchen and living room. Their were boogers smeared on the wall of the bathroom when I first moved in it was absolutely disgusting. They emailed our residents 15 times about how they were working on our garage door to be fixed and a year later it’s still inoperable after multiple people had their cars robbed and parts stolen off of them. The electricity bill gets increased to 3x the amount it should be during breaks so they can make money. Absolutely DO NOT live here you’ll regret it
