The Ridge Clemson, central-sc

I went on a tour today and everything looked great. It’s affordable when comparing to other options and it’s fully furnished minus TV’s. The floors plan was very spacious in my opinion; where everyone could be out of their bedroom and not crammed, fighting for air. The outdoor hangout space looks very nice, especially for spring and late summer/early fall activities.

First impression, outside landscaping is nice. Needs a some upkeep: trash bins in street and all knocked over, trash in dog park…and with respect to this country and all who defend her, please replace the torn flag.

Amira was absolutely wonderful when she took us on the tour of the property. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Lexy was amazing as well and gave us very important information we needed. Definitely our first runner up!!!

My son was living in one of townhomes up 4 flights of stairs! He was recently diagnosed with an auto immune disease that affects his spine and struggles with climbing stairs. Amira and Lae, along with the management team were so wonderful working with us getting him moved into an apartment where he no longer has to climb stairs!! Thank you so much!!!! Not to mention they are always so pleasant when we go through the lobby!!

From a guest’s perspective, management seemed quite incompetent. While visiting my brother, I observed confusion at the front office and staff who often seemed unsure or lacked clear direction. There also appeared to be poor communication and little organization overall, which made the environment feel disorganized and poorly managed.
