The community here is amazing — they even bring out food trucks for us completely free. It’s such a unique perk that makes living here feel like a real community instead of just a place to stay. The food trucks always have great options, and it’s such a thoughtful way to treat the residents. Between the awesome amenities, the great location, and the fun events like this, Maverick Hills really goes above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that actually cares about its residents!

Jocelyn is the best! She always takes care of needs in a timely manner, and she is the most friendly worker. She genuinely cares about the residents in this facility. She does everything in her power to efficiently solve problems. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Jocelyn!

Great community and friendly office staff, a welcome addition to Central and Clemson. Unfortunately, there are serious issues with how the walking trail is being used and managed. The trail was built extremely close to multiple private residences outside the community, so in several areas it runs directly alongside people’s backyards. In addition, the trail is regularly used by maintenance crews driving golf carts and trucks and operating loud power equipment. As I write this, a dump truck and golf carts are on the trail while chainsaws have been running continuously for over two hours. Similar activity has been happening throughout the week. This level of noise and vehicle traffic defeats the purpose of a walking trail and makes it unpleasant for residents and neighbors alike. This community has a lot of potential, but clearer boundaries between maintenance operations and recreational spaces are badly needed.

Maverick has been so amazing! Jocelyn has been a big help and is so sweet, making sure we are comfortable with everything! I always know I can go to her when I have questions about anything.

Really pretty apartment complex here. I had a couple of leasing questions that Kadyn was able to answer for me with no problem. Great customer service was displayed. I also enjoy the food trucks they have been having- great idea, brings a lot of joy for the residents
