• Management & Staff: The management team at Kirkwood Villas is exceptional. They are professional, friendly, and always go the extra mile to ensure residents are comfortable. The move-in process was seamless. • Maintenance: One of the best things here is the maintenance service. They are incredibly responsive; whenever I put in a request, it’s handled quickly and efficiently. • Living Environment: The community is quiet, safe, and very well-kept. The grounds are always clean, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for both students and professionals. • Location: The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities and services, making daily life much easier. Final Thought: I’ve had a wonderful experience living here so far. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and well-managed place to stay, Kirkwood Villas is the right choice!

I’ve been at the villas 4 or 5 years now. Definitely recommend. Apartments are nice! Management is nice! Location is nice! A PLUS if you love cows.. just look out your window 😉

I absolutely love living here it's peaceful and quiet and love the fact that it has laundry units which is awesome and Michele is an absolutely wonderful person

I lived here for 2 years and had a unit right next to the stair well. It was alright, it has in unit washer and dryer which was a selling point. But the kitchen is small the rooms are small and there is no true closet. Along with that being next to the stair well I would wake up to people running up and down at random hours. Along with that there were many dogs off leash when you said you enforced leash’s (even the apartment managers dog). There was one dog that would pee at the entrance of the stairs all the time. The hallways always smelled like weed. (One of the maintenance people also smokes weed, and lived right above me.)they also have fire alarm issues all the time, which was annoying hearing all weekend. They would never mow on a regular basis so the grass was always to long. And even though I steam cleaned the floors when I moved out with veterinary grade cleaner, they are forcing me to pay a cleaning fee for animal smells when it is against the FHA for a ESA animal. I had told them this and never got a reply. Also these apartments are way overpriced for the space. I would not live here again!

I have lived here for 3 years coming from Village East at Kirkwood. The environment here is completely different in the BEST way possible. I have never had any problems here at the Villas. The walls are thick so you do not hear neighbors unless someone is above you, you might hear footsteps, but that’s about it. It is a very nice and quiet place to live. Michelle is the most amazing person! She is always willing to help tenants and has a positive attitude. All maintenance workers are very nice as well! I will honestly miss living here!
