Should’ve listened to the reviews about them scamming you out of money before I spent 2 years cleaning and taking care of things they wouldn’t. Never have I ever had to pay on top of the security deposit and they’re trying here. I hope they read these reviews and feel gross, deserved! If I don’t get proof of damages I’m being forced to pay for, I’ll be back

We have heard a lot of negative about the management. And the condition of the rooms. I must say the management was great. The apartment was clean, there were a few issues that will be fixed other than that we are happy with The accommodations. The mattresses need updated.

This was one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had, all due to the unprofessional, disrespectful, and heartless management—especially Debbie, who was not just rude, but completely devoid of compassion or kindness. She yelled at us in front of other renters, spoke with hostility, and made it clear that she didn’t care about the well-being of her tenants. Every attempt to calmly resolve an issue was met with disrespect and attitude. Instead of being treated like a paying resident, I was treated like a problem. I lived in the same unit for two years and consistently kept things clean. They inspected the room regularly during my time there and never once said anything was wrong. But now that I’ve moved out? They’ve blindsided me with a $900 cleaning fee—an outrageous charge that came without any proof, photos, itemized list, or explanation of what supposedly needed to be cleaned or fixed. We cleaned the entire house thoroughly before leaving, and this charge feels like pure retaliation and exploitation. On top of all this, I had a registered service animal, and instead of treating me with respect or following the law, management escalated tensions, ignored my rights, and made my living situation completely unbearable. I was ultimately kicked out—not for breaking any rules—but for standing up for myself and my legal protections. The emotional toll of being treated this way—harassed, disrespected, and then financially exploited—was awful. This wasn’t just bad customer service. It was unethical, cruel, and completely unacceptable. If you value your mental health, your legal rights, or basic dignity, I urge you: do not live here. You deserve better than to be screamed at, pushed out, and then slapped with a made-up bill. You’ll get more respect and honesty from a vending machine than you will from Debbie and this management team.

All love and aloha but these people are crooks. Moved in last August and the apartment was completely trashed. The couches smelt awful and were greasy to the touch; the fabric was torn in multiple places as well. Management refused to replace/clean them. Management was criminally deceptive and entirely uninterested in the up keeping of these apartments. There was grease and grime splattered on the walls in multiple places. Paint was horrible. Carpet was 30 years old. The dryer was barely functional and was probably put in before the carpet. Took pictures of everything. When I moved out, the apartment was in much better shape then it was on move-in day, yet I was charged over $200 for cleaning fees. Absolutely ridiculous. The apartments aren’t nearly nice enough for management to act like this. This place was a total scam. Do better asset management. I know you can change. This isn’t you. Find the light deep down inside of your cold, twisted heart. Big double thumbs down.

My son has been living in Willowbrook this year and they have been nothing but great and accommodating. Even when their microwave broke they put in the work order and the apartment had a new microwave in under 48 hours. The apartments are a great size and the private rooms and walk in closets can’t be beat!
