College way apartments are really well put together! We had brand new floors, washing machine, dishwasher, toilets, etc. I had to contact maintenance a couple times for clogged drains from hair and they would come really quick. I never had a huge appliance issue and everything was very well up keeped. Be very careful where you park tho! The second parking spot is not clearing labeled for management and looks like 30 minutes parking. They will boot you!

I had a good experience living at college way apartments. I only lived with 3 other people so there was plenty of space in the kitchen and shared spaces for everyone. Anytime something needed fixing, the maintenance team and super easy to contact and was always friendly and quick to fix it. There was a change in management during my time there and the switch was super smooth and both the previous and current management are amazing. I don’t feel like the price for a private room was super crazy since it is $2200 for a semester or about $550 a month. It was worth it to me at least. I also never had trouble with the WiFi being slow despite everyone in the apartment have multiple devices connected at once.

The dryers make a sound like a really loud garbage disposal when they have five minutes left, when they have one minute left, AND when they are done. Also, we switched management halfway throughout the year and the new management does not do a great job. We had neighbors that were having EXTREMELY LOUD parties EVERY NIGHT (including weeknights). They sounded like they were dying, like, screaming bloody murder. When we would ask them to keep it down, they would sarcastically apologize, and as soon as the door closed they would scream obscenities. When we brought our concerns to management they basically said “well we can’t exactly make everyone be completely silent at all times for you guys.” Which, like, no duh. That’s not what we were asking. I understand the walls are thin, but being able to clearly hear screams in the furthest bed in the furthest bedroom away from them is ridiculous. We pressed management and they were like, “well, the option that would be stress free for everybody is if we make you guys move four apartments down at midterms while there’s ice on the ground.” Stress free. Yep. I understand that it’s hard to judge the difference between neighbors who are being extremely inconsiderate and excessive and neighbors who are just bitchy about any noise whatsoever, but here’s the thing, we moved to three apartments away from them… and we can STILL hear them. That is how loud they are. Three entire apartments. So if you want to be extremely loud and inconsiderate of everyone at all hours without facing consequences, this is a GREAT place for you. Also, the hot tub was broken half the year, and the landlords told us it was broken, and told us they would let us know when it was fixed, but never told us it was fixed. I inquired at the end of the year and they told me it was fixed, that’s the only way I found out. However, to their credit, they respond to texts quickly, and when my roommates and I were smelling gasoline in the house they came over and checked it out, even though it was past 10:30. Additionally, they do not find a bunch of loopholes to get out of allowing service animals and ESAs, which is something that a lot of off-campus student housing does. The one other good thing about the apartment is that they have a maintenance man who does a really good job of fixing things quickly, and is respectful of tenants’ privacy. Overall not the worst place to live, especially since it’s so cheap, but definitely not somewhere I’ll ever live again.

I loved living here, management was so nice and they genuinely cared about their tenants. The community was so nice and everyone I had an encounter with was so friendly and nice. They are very fast to fix concerns and overall had a wonderful experience! I would 100% recommend living here for anyone

I lived at College Way for two years. Management and maintenance are easy to get a hold of, and fast acting! Upgrading to a private suite was the best decision I could’ve made. For what you’re paying, it can’t get much better!
