I rented their College Park apartments and I have loved living here! I lived here for 2.5 years. The landlords have good communication and are reasonably accommodating. The apartments are nice, not run down at all, and they fix stuff if it's broken. Overall it's a great place to live and the management is great too!

I loved living here! It comes furnished, and it is affordable and I would live here again! Free parking. The common areas are nice and open. Bedrooms are nice, with good closet space, and shelves. The maintenance people respond quickly if there are issues, and laundry is FREE! I loved these aspects. Also utilities are fairly cheap, since you split it with roommates.

I lived in Academy Square for almost 2 years and absolutely loved it! The management and maintenance always responded to issues quickly and were always so kind and gracious! I loved all the memories I made here and I genuinely have no complaints! I wish I still lived there!
