I rented their College Park apartments and I have loved living here! I lived here for 2.5 years. The landlords have good communication and are reasonably accommodating. The apartments are nice, not run down at all, and they fix stuff if it's broken. Overall it's a great place to live and the management is great too!

Nicole and Wes are amazing Landlords, and I'm so glad to have lived here for the past few years. The only thing keeping me from a five star rating is the fact that we have had more maintenance issues than usual, but from what I've heard that may just be us having bad luck, and even so maintenance is quick and amazing to work with. On top of that, the apartments at Academy Square are really affordable, and I definitely feel like the apartment are comfortable and the perfect size. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place off-campus.

I loved living here! It comes furnished, and it is affordable and I would live here again! Free parking. The common areas are nice and open. Bedrooms are nice, with good closet space, and shelves. The maintenance people respond quickly if there are issues, and laundry is FREE! I loved these aspects. Also utilities are fairly cheap, since you split it with roommates.

I have loved living at the Windsor Apartments. My friends and I all applied our junior and senior years, and we all were able to live together as roommates. Management truly cares about your well being and accommodates everyone as best as they can. Maintenance is also super quick. I've sent in requests and had them answered/completed within the same day.

This is a very nice apartment complex! Perfect for first time students who are looking for some privacy and good rooms! Amazing neighbors who are sweet and quiet! Amazing managers who genuinely care about their tenants and always are willing to work with you!
