The Towns at Octiv Row, carrollton-ga

I love the Towns at Octiv Row! I’ve lived here since it was The Villages and I can confidently say that Octiv Row buying the Villages was the best decision ever. The management is so much better! I really like that the team is super transparent, nice and welcoming! Even the maintenance men are so nice and super fast with responding to maintenance request! HUGE thank you to both Madison and Mykaela!

Living here has been an amazing experience. The coffee is great, the people are even better, and the overall atmosphere really makes it feel like home. The community is welcoming, peaceful, and just has a great vibe that makes everyday living enjoyable. One thing that really stands out is how generous they are with residents. They’re always giving away free stuff — like Yoo-hoo chocolate milk, SunnyD, free mac and cheese, and other snacks. They literally keep the fridge stocked with free things for residents, which is such a cool and thoughtful touch. And honestly, who doesn’t like chocolate milk? I’ve been living here for about two years now, and I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. Everything from the environment to the people makes it feel special. If I could give unlimited stars, I absolutely would.

Since moving into OctivRow, I can say that I’ve never had a better experience with any other rental property. They’re always listened to my complaints by responding in record time, usually if I put in a work request they’re there that same day, but usually within minutes maintenance is already knocking on my door. Mikayla is so sweet, all the ladies that work in the front office are and will listen to me to and be emphatic to my plight. Always very understanding and uplifting - I can’t say I’ve had a bad experience. Thanks for being in my corner, y’all are appreciated.

I have lived at Octiv for the past year. My experience has been great! The staff is so friendly and helpful. We had a little issue with our air conditioning and the maintenance crew came and solved our issue quickly. They are always more than happy to help with anything.💗

The Towns at Octiv Row have been great to my roommates and I thus far. We are very comfortable, have had minimal to no problems, and the leasing staff is very personable. This is my second year with Octiv but first year at the twins. I recommend looking into staying here!
