I was pleasantly surprised with the layout and upgraded features. Countertop’s and floors were really nice. I also liked that the units are furnished. My young adults are really excited to become residents! Brooke was extremely thorough with the tour answering all of our questions

I have lived here since January, and so far no complaints! If there ever has been a question/issue, Mike and Hayden have been very responsive and helpful every time. The front desk staff are also very kind and welcoming whenever I grab my free coffee there at least a few times per week. :) Definitely one of the best places to live in Carrollton.

For anybody thinking about moving to Flagship Carrollton, I would not recommend it. Do not move here. The entire property has ill addressed mould problems and there was mould all throughout the kitchen when I first moved in and I had to request for somebody to take care of it, but it is still reoccurring, this issue was not disclosed prior to signing the lease. They also raised the rent only after a month of living there without any prior notice. The appliances constantly have things wrong with them and always need repairs. When it comes to packages they are late with updating when your package is in the mail room and if you call them to ask about it, they essentially tell you there’s nothing that they can do for you and that you just have to wait. Overall not a great experience would not recommend.

I’ve been living here for 2 years, and while the location is great, the in-unit amenities are lacking. The washing machine is constantly broken and fails to drain most times or stops mid cycle. Multiple maintenance request have been submitted, but fixes are temporary. It’s frustrating to pay for in-unit laundry and still have to go to a laundromat. A functioning washer is a basic amenity, and I’m disappointed by the lack of care from maintenance and management.

I want to say thank you to the front office staff for making my daughters move in stress free. The apartment was clean and the room was ready to move into when we arrived.
