I cannot share enough positive comments about my daughter’s experience with Hawks Landing! From the first conversation with staff, particularly Lisa, I was impressed. As a mom of a college student moving out on her own, there was obviously concern for my daughter’s safety. However, that concern was significantly diminished once I met Lisa and the staff. I left the office feeling they genuinely cared about my daughter, not as a tenant, but as “one of their own”. With every question I have had, the response was immediate and personal….and above and beyond. I would highly recommend Hawks Landing, especially for those parents who are concerned about their college student “living on their own” for the first time!

The management and staff were amazing! Truly a great place to live with its location and amenities. The room itself was also fantastic (clean, comfortable, and everything worked well). They really care about their tenants and handle any issue that comes up promptly. Definitely a great community to be a part of!

I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex! The management team is incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cares about their residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they handled it quickly and professionally. The property is well-maintained, clean, and peaceful. Maintenance requests are taken seriously and completed in a timely manner, which makes a huge difference. The staff communicates clearly and respectfully, and you can tell they work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here. I feel comfortable, valued, and happy with my decision to call this place home. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming community!

With new management the living experience has been amazing! Such great ladies in the office, and everyone works so hard to keep the community safe. The maintence crew has been so good to my unit as we’ve had so many issues, but they always come in with friendly faces and good conversation. Great place to live if you want to live off campus but still be close to campus!

A lot of great changes are coming here to Hawks Landing. They are reimplementing their gates as an approach to strengthen their security and have been cracking down on chaos! Every time I have had an issue, they would listen to me and give me a thorough, prompt response. Whatever negative reviews you may see on here definitely reflect previous ownership. It is a tough process to grow, and lately I can tell they are trying to rapidly strengthen and secure the community here.
