Worst place I've ever lived. Abusive management that takes advantage of college students. Horrible maintenance. They put young college students with creepy 30 year olds at a so called college apartment complex. This same roommate was a thief but nothing was ever done about it by the management. The AC was broken when I moved in and it never got fixed. You're better off finding a highway underpass to live under. If cape trails wishes to discuss any of what I have written, they are free to contact me.

This has been one of the most miserable living experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ve only been here 4 1/2 months. The problems started before I even moved in. The A/C was completely broken, the apartment reached nearly 90 degrees, and maintenance did nothing for an entire month. The maintenance guy who finally showed up even asked how we were still able to stay inside because of how unbearable the heat was. Now we have this window unit that has been leaking water on to the carpet and I fear will cause damage that they will make us pay for. Despite asking for them to come and remove it now that we have reached the winter months. That should’ve been the first red flag, but unfortunately it only went downhill from there. When I finally moved in, the unit was visibly dirty and clearly not maintained. I had to clean someone else’s hair off the baseboards, wipe old food and oil off the kitchen walls, and deal with mold growing above the shower. It felt less like moving into an apartment and more like cleaning up after someone else’s mess. Maintenance here is basically nonexistent. Even after hiring new people, requests continue to be ignored for weeks to months. Serious issues get brushed off. Our entire building’s outside light was out for months, and nothing was done until recently after I have already fallen down the steps several times because it was pitch black at night. The last fall I injured my ankle. I’m VERY lucky it wasn’t broken. Add that to the weeks of dangerous heat, poor living conditions, and mold concerns, it’s honestly shocking the health department or housing authority hasn’t stepped in already. Noise complaints are another lost cause. You can report the same tenants repeatedly, and management will still claim they “never received anything.” I’ve talked to two different people about the same noise issues, only to be told no record exists of said complaints. Now I am leaving this review as proof. Most nights I end up finding somewhere else to sleep just to escape the noise. It’s clear they don’t care about residents’ safety, comfort, or well-being. And then there are the fees. I expected to pay a little more because I have a pet, but the extra $15–$25 charges added to my rent every month pushed the total nearly $600 higher than what I was originally told. The financial strain, paired with the lack of sleep and constant stress, has been so overwhelming that I had to unenroll from school because I can’t afford tuition on top of the unpredictable rent increases. Overall, this complex feels unsafe, unclean, and completely mismanaged. Yet somehow they expect you to pay thousands by the end of your lease to “enjoy” all of these problems. If you ask them, that’s money well spent. For me, it’s too late, but I sincerely hope anyone considering moving here reads reviews like this first. I’m sorry, but I cannot recommend this place at all, not even for students or anyone struggling to find housing.

Absolutely the worst place i have ever lived. Mold infested in every room and bathroom, even after bringing it to the attention of management they claimed that “it’s been painted over with mold killing paint it’ll be fine” maintenance basically refuses to do their job and conveniently “looses” every work order. when they do actually do work it is half assed and sloppy. Our kitchen sink leaked for months and molded and they refused to replace it until we threatened legal action. Our living room window leaks every time it rains and they have yet to get it fixed despite it being mentioned multiple times since moving in. Maintenance enters units unannounced and leaves the front door wide open. Rent is continually going up despite no improvements. Do not recommend, advise looking elsewhere.

I’ve had an overall disappointing experience living here. One of the biggest issues is that the maintenance staff has entered my apartment without any notice on multiple occasions, which is a major violation of privacy. Despite putting in several requests, they failed to clean the carpet even once. On top of that, I dealt with recurring mold problems throughout the entire school year. These aren’t small issues, they affect your comfort, health, and sense of safety in your own home. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless serious improvements are made.

Oh my where do I start out 4 girls moved in and it was the most tragic thing to watch the looks on their faces. The apartment was beyond filthy. They said they will get profession cleaners in there. That should have already been done. My daughter is an asthmatic and this place is covered in nicotine. Even a giant burn hole in her sink counter top. The toilet bounces on the floor when you sit down and makes a horrific noise when flushing obviously needs a new toilet. The carpets are beyond dirty with black grime running all along the trim. The ceiling are cover literally every bed and common rooms with black dusty nicotine so you can’t even dust it off. Killed 2 brown recluse just moving her in. Grease on the cabinets so thick it is black.these girls were so utterly deflated. I have never in my life seen anything this bad. Professional cleaners better scrub that place from top to bottom ASAP which will be hard since all of their things are in there. The place smelled like stale cigarette smoke and urine. Completely disgusted something better get done or I’m going viral. That’s just dumb having it in that state when they know parents are coming!!!!! Check out the pictures. And then on top of it had to pay rent by July 26th can’t move in until Aug 16th so rent should have been prorated considering they will only be there for 10days before rent is due again. Those aren’t even common room pictures or kitchen.
