I know management has changed since I first moved in, and in my opinion it's been a big improvement and I am glad to see how things have changed Just in the last year/few months. If you're thinking about living here, I'd definitely recommend getting renters insurance. I use Lemonade, but you can also go through the property if you'd rather keep everything through them. Read your lease, I wish it was shorter but that's why you have the internet, if there is something in it that you don't understand look it up, don't sign blind, with anything. before signing, ask questions, if you need a bit to think it over and you go in to sign the lease have them email it to you. lastly, Since the apartments are furnished, that's something to factor in too, if u have never owned an apartment. Also, if your internet stops working, call the included internet provider before buying anything as they replaced my modem for free when mine died. The only thing I'd really like to see improved is roommate matching like actually getting to check in. It would be nice if there was a better way to match people based on things like cleanliness, pets, or schedules, and maybe even check in after move-in to make sure everything's still working out then what's currently in place. No place is perfect, but I've had a good experience overall and the change from how it Was before to how it is now is what made it go from a 1 to a 5. The current staff has always treated me with respect and actually listened when I had concerns, and that goes a long way because that's the human interaction missing from most places now a days. i think it's solid, they take care of a lot of things most people don't think about when moving to a new place. if you're from here and want to experience college without being crammed into a small door with a floor shared bathroom, this place works

Upon hearing negative reviews of previous renters from former management I was nervous about residing at legends. Since moving here that couldn’t be farther from the truth. The staff in the office are helpful and always polite and make personal connections during every conversation. They remember faces very well and the clubhouse is always a comfortable place to spend time during the week.

Not a terrible deal for students at WT but be prepared to stay on top of staff and your stuff. Management changed twice in the 8 months I lived there and they have completely turned around the people on their staff multiple times. They changed many rules and amenities during my lease as well. Tried to charge me for previous damages that were there during my move in day once I moved out. Some apartments are worse than others but you don’t get a say in that. The gate to get in is also always broken. As a young woman living on her own, that made the place feel unsafe at times. The complex is never clean/rarely picked up. There has been dog poop, vomit, trash, and many other unknown substances all around the complex and hallways for months on end. It was a nice change from the dorms and I honestly would stay there again if I was still attending WT, but I would FOR SURE document everything at move in, stay on top of management if you want anything to get done, and just know what you are getting into.

My experience at Legends Canyon was okay. I didn’t have many issues while living there, and one of the biggest perks for me was that the apartment came fully furnished since I didn’t have furniture of my own. Unfortunately, the move-out experience has completely changed my opinion. I was charged $908 in move-out fees, including $443 for a couch replacement, $175 for bedroom painting, $145 for touch-up paint, and additional cleaning/carpet charges. I understand being charged for legitimate damages, but $908 feels ridiculous, especially when I was told they were still waiting on invoices for some of the work. The fact that the total also happened to be close to the same as my monthly rent definitely made me question the charges. I really appreciated having a furnished apartment, but after this move-out experience, I would NOT rent here again!!!! If you do rent here, take detailed pictures and videos of EVERYTHING when you move in and move out and keep all of your documentation.

Legends Canyon Apartments are good apartments. The place is nice, clean, and a great place to live. All the amenities are included, which is a big plus. I would recommend them!
