Upon moving to Canyon, I was referred to Legends and heard some questionable things about it. The previous management team was unprofessional and incompetent. However, I can personally say that my experiences with the current staff and managers has been phenomenal. They have been kind, professional and helpful with everything this year. No apartment is perfect, but I no longer worry about this staff trying to screw us college students out of money. They have good people and I know and trust several of them personally. Disregard the prior notions of Legends, they are making positive changes and creating a respectable reputation.

Not a terrible deal for students at WT but be prepared to stay on top of staff and your stuff. Management changed twice in the 8 months I lived there and they have completely turned around the people on their staff multiple times. They changed many rules and amenities during my lease as well. Tried to charge me for previous damages that were there during my move in day once I moved out. Some apartments are worse than others but you don’t get a say in that. The gate to get in is also always broken. As a young woman living on her own, that made the place feel unsafe at times. The complex is never clean/rarely picked up. There has been dog poop, vomit, trash, and many other unknown substances all around the complex and hallways for months on end. It was a nice change from the dorms and I honestly would stay there again if I was still attending WT, but I would FOR SURE document everything at move in, stay on top of management if you want anything to get done, and just know what you are getting into.

My experience at Legends Canyon was okay. I didn’t have many issues while living there, and one of the biggest perks for me was that the apartment came fully furnished since I didn’t have furniture of my own. Unfortunately, the move-out experience has completely changed my opinion. I was charged $908 in move-out fees, including $443 for a couch replacement, $175 for bedroom painting, $145 for touch-up paint, and additional cleaning/carpet charges. I understand being charged for legitimate damages, but $908 feels ridiculous, especially when I was told they were still waiting on invoices for some of the work. The fact that the total also happened to be close to the same as my monthly rent definitely made me question the charges. I really appreciated having a furnished apartment, but after this move-out experience, I would NOT rent here again!!!! If you do rent here, take detailed pictures and videos of EVERYTHING when you move in and move out and keep all of your documentation.

Hello, I decided to leave an in-depth review as things never get better here at legends. I would strongly encourage any potential college students to stay far away from Legends Canyon or Torres. Both of these places are more run by the management apps that the management installed rather than the staff themselves. Pros: It's nice that the utilities are bundled That's it. Cons: They never clean the apartment outside the rooms. There are vomit stains in major walkways, blood stains in the hallways, broken glass by the dog park, etc. All issues are older than a few months. -Vip parking was retroactively added and pathetically doesn't even work as those spots remain vacant 24 hours a day -any financial issues are wickedly met with extra fees which are straight up evil -Neighbors are all rowdy and loud. Don't expect to get much sleep. -expect to pay much higher rates. Management are currently sinking a ship built by better people by trying to scam over college students. They are doing a lot to squeeze money from college students which is ridiculous because we are known for being low on funds. -Staff are astoundingly dull. So many issues we have faced are from poor communication and lack of awareness on how to use the many systems this place uses as a crutch. I will soon provide more screenshots.

Management/staff are rude, very ugly and super disrespectful. I do not recommend living here although I was just a guest the stories I have heard from people living here are just outrageous. Also gates never worked and the apartment complex was just filthy. Also there was a dead RAT in the pool lol.
