This apartment building was the worst experience I have ever had living in an apartment. My children and I lived there for 8 months until I couldnt do it anymore. I paid off the rest of the years rent and moved out. I probably wouldnt have even stayed that long but I wanted this apartment to work so badly. Here are just a few of the main problems I experienced… When I first moved in, I immediately noticed the heaters had PILES of dust and dirt in them. They didnt even try to clean it before I moved in. I contacted the office and they had maintence come clean it. However, he swept it out unto the ground… a week later I noticed tiny little bites all over my body. We were all itchy…. I didnt understand. I had them bring an exterminator over who confirmed it was most likely dust mites and that he had dealt with that there before. I wish that was the worst of it…My apartment always smelled musty and had an awful infestation with black mold. It was so bad. It wasnt noticeable upon move in because they have painted/ cleaned it up but it came back right away. My family saw it and couldnt believe we were living with it. ..anyways on to the next issue… One day I opened my kitchen drawer and there was a SNAKE in there. I called maintence and they came and got it out. I asked how it got in there and he said there , he said he found a large hole in back of cupboard under my sink. He said there was probably a hole outside leading into it. He said he would check it out and come back but never did. Thankfully my boyfriend sprayfoamed the hole for me. On to the next issue… SPIDERS. Which I get , spiders are everywhere but this was crazy. They were huge and everywhere. I went to put pajama pants on in my drawer and screamed bc a spider was on my pant leg. I had awful bites all over my feet, one which got infected. I never saw maintence spray outside like other apartments do. I had my boyfriend spray the inside openings of my apartment which helped a bit. On to the next thing.. the FLOODING. EVERY TIME it rained, the floor in my bedroom was soaked. A couple times the apartment had to send someone over to literally put industrial dryers (im not sure what they were actually called) in my room and for a few days my bed would be in the living room. The thing I didnt understand is the main office tried to gas light me into thinking it was completely normal for my apartment to floor every time it rains. No wonder there was such a mold problem. Also they literally painted my shower..with regular paint. The first shower I ever took there, all the paint started peeling off. The pictures they have online must be very old. You pay extra for amenities but there is none. The laundry room had ONE washer and dryer for the whole complex. The basket ball court is so beat up and there was always dog poop EVERYWHERE. Definitely no place for kids to play. I could go on and on but il just share some photos in here. Third picture is the snake that was in my drawer. The picture of my arm is part of the awful rashes I started experiencing when I was living there. It completely went away after moving out. I fully believe it was from the mold. The only reason I gave them even a single star is because they did give me my full deposit back when I moved out. I feel guilty for ever exposing my children to this place. I hope this helps any families thinking of moving there.

My experience at this property has been disappointing overall. The units are significantly older than they appear in the promotional photos, and the condition of the apartments does not seem to be a priority for management. Maintenance issues are often addressed only when they become urgent, and even then, repairs are not always completed to a satisfactory standard. Unfortunately, the management team, including the assistant property manager, Jeremy, does not appear to be very responsive or engaged with residents’ concerns. Communication and follow-up could be greatly improved. While the location may be convenient, the overall management and upkeep of the property leave much to be desired. I would recommend exploring other options before choosing to live here.

Lived here over a year, quiet and nice place to live! Maintenance team is really responsive to issues and management is helpful.

Fell behind on rent (lost job). Landlord REFUSED to work with me. Took us to court, payment arrangment was put in place. I delivered a certified check each month on time. I even asked Jeremy (desk clerk) how much the check would need to be for each time, he checked my ledger and told me the ammount. Again, checks delivered on time and cleared the bank. Less than a month after we moved out, we were told the arrangment wasn't valid and to contact corporate (who took 45 days to respond) then their attorney told me in August that we defaulted by not paying enough in May. I asked why was i told to pay a different ammount then? Lawyer said they do not have to tell me how much to pay. The office, corporate and their crooked lawyer deliberately waited to tell me so they could obtain a fraudulent default judgement.

I wish there were no stars! I'd give a 'zero' star if there's anything like that! This place is hell on earth! I'm coming back to give more review with more evidences, let me go set my camera....in the meantime, look elsewhere 🙏🏻
