If you’re considering moving here, don’t. Seriously. From day one, this place has been a mess. The entire building smelled like smoke when we moved in. We were promised two couches—got one, and it was already peeling. No blinds, cracked window, a door that barely closed, and no peephole for safety. The fridge had mold in it, the flooring and carpet are literally coming up, and the balcony is covered in mold too—with the boards lifting like it’s falling apart. Maintenance? A joke. Our freezer broke. Our AC has been out for TWO MONTHS, but they’re still charging utilities like everything is fine. When they did look at the AC, it was completely frozen over. We requested pest control for brown recluse spiders (yes, brown recluses), were told they spray every two weeks… and no one ever showed up. To make it worse, a maintenance worker actually had the nerve to call us dirty—while we’ve been living with mold, broken appliances, and unresolved maintenance issues caused by the property itself. The lack of accountability is wild. The common areas are just as bad. Trash piled up on our floor to the point it smelled unbearable. The stairways look neglected and unsafe. And to top it off, maintenance and staff show up unannounced like that’s normal. The office staff never seem to know what’s going on, and getting help is nearly impossible. This place isn’t just disappointing—it’s unlivable. Save yourself the stress and look literally anywhere else.

I would give this apartment complex zero stars if that were an option. From the beginning, my experience has been extremely disappointing. When I moved in, the apartment was not clean, and the kitchen sink had a strong, unpleasant odor. Despite the lease stating that a Wi-Fi router would be provided, we never received one and were forced to rely on personal data or the Crown guest Wi-Fi. There were multiple maintenance issues that were never properly addressed. My bathtub would not drain, and the bathroom sink was missing a filter, causing water to splash everywhere. My bedroom window has been off track the entire time I’ve lived here, and the vents in my room would not stay open. When maintenance came, they stated they could not fix the vents, forcing me to create my own temporary solution just to get airflow. Additional issues included a cracked living room window that was never repaired, and a front door that did not properly latch for the first three months. There is also no peephole on the door, which is a basic safety concern. Communication from management is very poor—they do not notify residents about packages, nor do they give notice when maintenance will be entering the apartment. Maintenance overall has been extremely unreliable. I submitted numerous requests that were either ignored, only partially fixed, or never followed up on. The most serious issues began in January 2026 during a week-long ice storm when our heat stopped working. At that time, my bedroom window was still off track, and ice formed on the inside of the window. Maintenance temporarily turned on emergency heat, which significantly increased our utility bills, and it was left running for two weeks. Since January 26, we have been without proper heat, and since February 17, the air conditioning has also not worked. Despite repeated inquiries, management has only provided one window unit for the living room, leaving bedrooms at temperatures between 76–80 degrees. We have been told that parts are being ordered, but after over a month, nothing has been resolved. To make matters worse, we are still being charged utility fees for January and February despite these ongoing issues. Overall, this apartment is not livable in its current condition, and management has shown little concern for the comfort or well-being of its residents.

Worse place for me to rent. Just yesterday, painters were in the apartment and I realized later some Paint on my car and I had to scrub hard to get rid of the paint. My firts day in this apartment ... my room, my bathroom, and the carpet were very dirty. Refrigerator, is leaking water inside even after someone came to fix it. I'm tired of complaining to the office and probably thet are tired of me being here too. Painters came and left the furniture in the middle of the living room and who knows if they are going to put them back. I was giving a filthy room and bathroom plus the noise outside is very loud and sometimes, the garbage trucks comes at 1:30am, or 2:45am, and sometimes, 3:45 am to wake you! Work room is a joke! Is Hot in there and some machines don't work. I been here only a little over a month and I'm regretting signing a contract before checking the room that I was assigned to. I did asked couple of times if I could check the rent rooms before signing the contract but they will just tell me that the rooms were not ready and they took me to see the models rooms. Very deceiving and insulting to me. If you want to rent here, please, ask them to take you to see the room firts.

I have had a great experience with crown staffing ! I would like to recommend Mrs. Adrian for her services to helping me find not one but two jobs just the next day of signing up with this agency! I highly recommend giving Crown Staffing a try for your career needs!

Please don’t ever live here. The maintenance people suck. The front desk lady is literally 22 and she doesn’t know anything she’s doing. We had a man coming into our apartment while the door was locked and they couldn’t do anything about it. we’ve had problems after problem and nothing‘s being fixed. We were offered a TV if we had four roommates and we still haven’t gotten that TV just please don’t ever live here. Take my word of advice.
