Was a great apartment, maintenance was quick and great. Hannah however who runs the apartment is awful to deal with. Always gives attitude and I only received less than half of my security deposit back for "cleaning." Nothing was left broken or anything I know for a fact and when brought to their attention was threatened with mors charges.

This is my first student apartment and it literally feel like my second home. The place is newly renovated and super clean. The staff is amazing. The apartment complex has felt like a safe place and has a bunch of fun amenities such as a pool and game room. Also, the price is unbeatable!

I’ve lived here for almost a year and I love it! The apartments are newly remodeled so they look very modern and clean. The office staff are great too! They’re always friendly and willing to help. It’s honestly a great deal for the price, especially since all utilities are included!

I've really liked living here since new management. The apartments are remodeled, and everything is being updated around the complex. The staff is super friendly, and the pool/hot tub is kept clean. Overall great place. My only complaint is people like to do their fighting outside and they are really loud about it. They should take their nonsense across the railroad tracks, because its an everyday affair and gets pretty old.

Absolutely love this complex! It’s super affordable, and on top of the rent price, and location, the apartments being newly renovated is a great bonus!! The office staff and maintenance crew are the best people and so nice! My roommates and I love it here and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!
