Union Baseline, boulder-co

Baseline Apartments has an excellent location—close to everything while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. The apartments are modern, clean, and well-designed, with a nice amount of natural light. Management is friendly, and the community feels safe and well-kept. Overall, a great experience and a solid choice for living in Boulder.

Great place for students, quick easy access to CU, nice pool and brand new dog park. The best part is the front office staff and community manager Chloe. She goes above and beyond to make the move in process a breeze, and really cares about family and the community she serves. Definitely number one pick for affordability as a student anywhere in Boulder.

Current resident and I like it enough, my apartment has everything I need (in unit wash/dry which rules), but man this is easily the worst parking lot I've ever had to deal with, there's barely any room to open my door even if me and the people next to me park perfectly in the lanes. Not a suuuuper huge deal but an annoyance for sure

I lived at Union Baseline for 2 years and have nothing but great things to say! The entire team is so helpful and kind, you can definitely tell they all care about their residents and the community as a whole. The location is great, close to campus. All of the apartment features and amenities are wonderful and the recent renovations are stunning! Overall, I would strongly recommend Union Baseline to anyone looking for an affordable apartment close to CU campus!

Toured this apartment last weekend and I fear the vibes were too immaculate. I came to look, not to get emotionally attached, but here we are. Would love to live here.
