Had a tour here with Emma and Libby and they were both super helpful, welcoming, and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions honestly and made the whole experience feel comfortable instead of rushed or salesy. The property itself was spacious and had great amenities. Definitely one of the better touring experiences I’ve had looking at apartments in Boulder.

I had the opportunity to work with Noah in the past and always appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Student housing can come with unique challenges and, at times, less-than-ideal conditions, but it’s clear that the team is committed to doing what they can to continually improve the experience and environment for residents. Their effort to maintain a welcoming and attractive community really stands out.

Huge shoutout to Noah at student housing! He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. So kind, helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making the process easier for me. He went above and beyond to help me out and made such a stressful situation feel so much better. His professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out. The best experience I could’ve asked for! Noah is the best!

it’s nasty in the hallways of the A building often, the leasing team is a bunch of college kids who don’t know what theyre doing which is ridiculous if you’re paying market rent. i pay 2200 for a studio current despite them leasing out my unit layout for 1500 or less currently. they never answer the phone (i have watched them actively decline my calls while taking their own all day even when it was a maintenance emergency), and packages get lost and stolen often because front desk doesn’t assist mail carriers nor take packages to the mail room they have been left at the doors. avoid this place at all costs, there’s cheaper and better places. anywhere is better.

I was never a student and i made the foolish mistake of trusting the stuff upon signing the lease. They run a predatory business and only want your money and that is all they care about. The leasing office is trying to scam you so DO NOT BUY into their fraudulent $1000 advertisement gift card. The leasing staff is run by clueless young people that don't know what they are doing. This apartment was a living hell when they paired me with the most toxic roommate you can possibly imagine. I tried working with them to move me into a studio and they told me i would have to advertise a lease transfer by someone to make that happen or pay a full months rent. I went ahead and paid the full months rent to get the hell outta there, to later find out that they never advertised it on the website. Do yourself a favor and avoid Mountainaire at all cost, save yourself. Don’t sign a lease here.
