Living at Boulder Buddha was a really positive experience. The house was well cared for, and any maintenance requests were usually taken care of quickly. The location is hard to beat for students, with an easy walk to campus, quick access to downtown, and a bus stop right outside. Plus it’s on the quieter side of town. I also always felt comfortable and safe living here. The community has a great atmosphere, and the hot tub is definitely a nice perk. Overall, I’d recommend Boulder Buddha to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable place to live in Boulder.

I have had a great experience living at the Boulder Buddha for a year and living here has been good enough to resign for next year. The bus stops right outside to go to main, east or willville campuses which is incredibly nice. Maintenance and up keep is good in terms of yard work, snow removal, hot tube, etc. Only complaint is there seems to be a few hidden fees so just make sure to read the lease well.

If you're looking for student housing this is a pretty nice apartment. Location is perfect for easy access to all CU Boulder campus's (15 min walk max or a quick 2 min bus ride). You are also by the Bound bus route which can take you to the grocery store and more if you do not have a car. Parking is free if you do have a car and the option to get a reserved spot is available which is very nice. Rent is reasonable for Boulder pricing and we have had no issues with bugs or ants. Hot tub and pool table also included with a nice outside common space. Overall I like living here and would recommend it to any students looking for easy, low maintenance, and accessible housing.

The complex is in a great location, especially if you have classes on east campus. The scenery and vibes are great and the neighbors are all friendly. & the hot tub and pool table are very fun to use. Apartment are cozier and rooms are a decent size. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for student housing

I’ve had a great experience living at the Boulder Buddha, honestly probably one of the best places to live in boulder. The location is super convenient as its next to a bus stop for campus, 15 min walk to campus, and basically in the middle of everything you would want in Boulder. The property itself has a really unique and relaxed vibe compared to other student housing and its really easy to build a tiny community within the apartment complex which is really nice. As of the issues with safety mentioned in other reviews, honestly really unsure what they experienced because i have never felt unsafe or experienced anything to do with break-ins, shootings, and/or sketchy things in my 2 years being around this apartment. Maintenance requests are also handled pretty quickly. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Boulder Buddha to students or anyone looking for a laid-back place to live in a great location.
