The Bon by Morro, boston-ma

I recently toured The Bon in Boston, and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked into the leasing office, the staff was incredibly professional and welcoming. Katie, who led my tour, was great! She was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions. She made sure to show me all the amenities and gave me a clear picture of what life at The Bon could be like. It’s obvious the team here truly cares about their residents. If you’re looking for a place in Fenway, definitely check this one out!

Living at The Bon Apartments has been a great experience. Management and maintenance are incredibly responsive—any request I've submitted have been handled quickly . On top of that, the amenities are fantastic and well-maintained, which makes day-to-day living so much more convenient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-run apartment community.

Had my tour today with Katherine. What a great personality to find my future apartment with. So helpful! She was very knowledgeable about the entire building and helped me narrow down my apartment choice on the same day of my tour. This building is fantastic with so many amenities that you can’t find at many other buildings. Can’t wait to move in to The Bon soon!

First, the people in manage team and the concierge are so nice, you can always ask them for help and get promptly reply. Especially thanks for Grace’s help, every time I need help, she helps me a lot. Second, the public area is so nice, you can literally spend whole day in the building, such as studying, playing in the “pool” (billiards) or enjoying many fun activities. Not to mention the wonderful view from the rooftop! Last but not least, my rent included EVERYTHING such as furniture, Wifi, electricity, water and trash disposals fee. So, I don’t need to worry about opening the electricity or water account by myself. It is so convenient! If you want to find a good place to stay, The Bon is a great place that you don’t want to miss 👍

I’ve rented different apartments, but it wasn’t until I went to this location that I found a home! The amenities and location you can’t beat, and my day to day life has improved tremendously because of living here. The yoga studio and rooftop are probably two of my favorite features, but there’s so many that I could list that it doesn’t do The Bon justice. A+ staff as well. Job well done here!
