The Bon by Morro, boston-ma

First, the people in manage team and the concierge are so nice, you can always ask them for help and get promptly reply. Especially thanks for Grace’s help, every time I need help, she helps me a lot. Second, the public area is so nice, you can literally spend whole day in the building, such as studying, playing in the “pool” (billiards) or enjoying many fun activities. Not to mention the wonderful view from the rooftop! Last but not least, my rent included EVERYTHING such as furniture, Wifi, electricity, water and trash disposals fee. So, I don’t need to worry about opening the electricity or water account by myself. It is so convenient! If you want to find a good place to stay, The Bon is a great place that you don’t want to miss 👍

I had a fantastic experience living at The Bon! The atmosphere here is great, and the staff is top-notch. I want to personally thank Grace and Melissa for being so kind and helpful. They were incredibly responsive and supportive throughout my entire stay. Great building, great location, and even better people!

I signed a one-year lease at this apartment. During my stay, there were issues such as a broken outlet, a refrigerator problem, and even a clogged toilet. While some of these could potentially be considered individual or accidental issues, the most unacceptable problem has been the WiFi. The WiFi frequently stops working. On one occasion, it was down for three and a half days, making it impossible for me to work. Tonight, it stopped working again without any explanation. I’ve tried troubleshooting on my end and confirmed that the issue is with the apartment’s network. What’s most frustrating is the lack of communication. There has been no notice or announcement from management regarding these outages. For a “luxury” apartment, this level of reliability and communication is very disappointing.

I’ve really enjoyed living at the Bon! The atmosphere is great and it truly feels like a community. The events they host are always fun and a nice way to connect with others. Amber is also a wonderful property manager who is always friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s been a great place to live!

It was a great experience living here for the past two years. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the Northeastern campus as well as nearby shops. The apartment is fully furnished and all-inclusive, which made my move a lot easier, especially as an international student. The management team, especially Grace, is responsive and friendly, always making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s a great place to live if you’re looking for comfort and convenience in Boston!
