This 2 bedroom, 2 bath furnished apartment up on the 26th floor has nice views of downtown Boston, the harbor, and the airport. The building is very well managed too. All good.

Very good, comfortable, spacious rooms, very well maintained apartment's and supportive staff This is the place to stay in Boston close to Prudential Mall and is in the center of the city Downtown is closer and the universities are a also in the same location better connectivity through MBTA and Bus service

Blueground Boston. Top notch location close to plenty of attractions. The unit itself was very nice, modern, and met expectations. Gym and shared spaces, pool, reading room and billiards table are nice features. Parking is realistically 3-6 blocks away and the Bluground implied that there is one at TD. It’s only available for daytime hours, 8a-6p. Rates and pricing may have been inflated due to World Cup so I give it an overall 4/5.

Warning to anyone thinking about renting from Blueground in Boston: Imagine signing a lease, believing your home is secure for several more months, and then suddenly being told your move-out date was changed to tomorrow — with less than 12 hours’ notice, no clear explanation, and no formal legal process. That is what happened in my experience with Blueground. Shortly after, strangers entered the apartment saying they were there for “move-out cleaning” while my family was still inside. The apartment was occupied. My family was inside. And somehow, people were sent in as if the place was already vacant. I had to contact Blueground immediately and demand that the cleaners leave. My lawyer also tried reaching them multiple times, but getting a clear response was extremely difficult. This was not a small mistake or a normal customer service issue. This was the kind of situation that makes you question whether your home can be treated like a hotel room instead of a legally occupied apartment. No renter should ever have to wonder if people will suddenly walk into their home, or if their lease date can be changed overnight without proper notice and legal process. Please be extremely careful before renting from Blueground. Do your own research, understand your rights, and do not assume your lease is safe just because it is written on paper.

I had a very positive experience overall. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped, and made it easy to settle in and feel at home during my stay. Everything was straightforward and convenient, and I appreciated having a comfortable space to come back to each day. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily consider Blueground again in the future.
