For anyone looking for a nice place to live on their own, not many places will beat out Studio West in my opinion. The property manager and maintenance supervisor both do an incredible job at making their tenants feel welcomed and at home, building a homey feeling community on their own. The bus routes are typically on time and the apartments are situated closely to multiple lovely restaurants and mini golf course. All appliances and amenities of the property are up to date if not a level of quality above the rest of bones apartments, with the area giving off an appealing, more modern feel. Each room comes mostly furnished with good quality furnishings. For options in Boone, Studio West is certainly a good one where you get what you pay for.

Studio West is an excellent place to live. Two years ago I was coming into App State as a transfer junior in desperate need of finding somewhere to live and I found Studio West and from the first time I toured the property with Preston I knew I wanted to stay here. I stayed here for two years and it truly was sad to move out due to the great experience it has been. The amenities are great pool and workout facilities. Not to mention the apartments are furnished which makes it very ideal. Definitely could potentially be staying at Studio West again in the future. Would recommend this place for anyone who wants to live alone in a great and safe location.

Renting with Studio West has been an incredibly positive experience. Preston treated us with the utmost respect and was there to help us through all stages. He always makes himself available for questions, and the man truly cares. Not only is he a top notch professional, but he is also a husband and father of 4; I felt so relieved to have found Studio West. My son adores Preston (he and his girlfriend are in a studio), and I feel like he is in a home away from home, instead of just an apartment complex. I moved into Studio West in February, but it honestly feels like I lived here much longer because of how quickly it began to feel like home. I don’t have any family in the area, yet Preston made me feel like I did. From day one, he has been incredibly warm, helpful, and supportive. He genuinely cares about the residents, and it shows in everything he does. Mike in maintenance is the same way — so reliable, kind, and great at what he does. They’re both such a solid team. Studio West is a little gem right in Boone. You’ve got downtown close by, an AppalCart stop right in front of the complex, and a pool, gym, laundry, plus a big shared kitchen with multiple ovens and a sink. The apartments are very private and peaceful — every now and then you might hear something, but once you close your door, it’s like a fortress. It blocks out pretty much everything. I ended up moving out abruptly almost a year before my lease ended because I decided to move abroad, and even then, Preston was incredibly helpful. He made the whole process easier, helped spread the word about my unit, and I ultimately found someone to sublease my apartment without any stress. I’m genuinely grateful to have lived here. I highly recommend Studio West to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live in Boone. Thank you Preston and Mike for everything! I will miss you guys and miss living here ❤️
