Ratty apartments that she wouldn’t even be able to rent except the location is so close to App State. Then, at the end of the lease, she’ll pick her ratty apartment apart looking for any reason to keep your security deposit. Plus, she told us she paints every apartment in the summer, I should have called her out on that when my daughter moved in. And, she said he back door is always locked, but every time I was there, it was open. Renter beware.

There are so many things wrong with these apartments that I couldn't begin to tell. It is a trashy trashy space. No lighting, no windows, ceiling coming down, leaks and smells. Metal stairs beyond dangerous. Dirty building. Parking is so small that all students have accidents. AND she will not give full deposit back if any. Do not rent from this company!
