After finishing my entire lease with this complex, I have to say I’ve been nothing but disappointed. Do not live here unless you want countless fee’s for anything, and constant plumbing issues. Management is clueless about everything, they can never give a straight answer about their policies, or terms and conditions. What’s extremely disappointing is about a week or two before our lease ended, they came and turned off the gas. First of all, nobody told us we had to pay for our own gas, and why wasn’t it included in all of the other bills like electricity was? We had hot water for the entire year, and they decide to turn it off last minute with no notice or even a heads up to discuss that gas is not included in utilities? For a place that wants to be a five star community, and cares so much about image and aesthetics, it failed miserably. Our paint never got redone, and our carpets didn’t get cleaned until a month after living there, because we had to keep begging management to clean the unit we were promised that was gonna be cleaned. They didn’t wanna replace our fridge either that was dented from previous tenants, because “it still worked fine” which I call bull on, because if we didn’t damage it, we have the right to request a new one in the unit and common area we are now paying for. It’s ridiculous to me that you all expect your residents to clean up the home prior to moving out, but you can’t even check behind them and do the deep clean you promise all your future residents. The effort works both ways, and if I get fined anything from this complex when this place did absolutely nothing they agreed to do in their OWN lease agreement, with the $5k a MONTH they easily make off of their residents, and can afford, I will be looking to sue this place. I’m honestly surprised it hasn’t been sued already.

ANY AND ALL I would highly encourage you to NOT sign any lease whatsoever with this place!!! My son has been living here and it’s been complete crap since move in. Nothing like they advertise during the initial showing!!! These units are complete garbage and the whole complex needs to be torn down!!! My child and his roommates have been living with a giant hole (drywall completely removed and beams exposed) since September, when I called to get a ETA on when these repairs would be completed in December the girl who answered the phone didn’t know how to respond and finally stated they would be done the following week, well that week has since come and gone and still nothing!!! When I asked to talk to the main apartment manager she replied I’ll leave a message to have him call you, still no return call!!! This is complete BULLSHIT and unprofessional!!! Our children and other tenants are required to pay their monthly expenses or they will be voiding their lease, yet management is allowed to not keep up their end of the lease with maintaining these units. They advise as completely renovated, that’s a lie! Read all the reviews before even considering this place, better yet you would be better off living in a city dump. This place should be ashamed of how they treat their tenants and anyone working for this establishment should be embarrassed to even have their name tied to this slumlord of a dump!! Since I can’t get any response I will now navigate alternative routes in how to address the deplorable living conditions that this establishment expects their tenants to live in.

Absolutely horrible place to live. Excited to move into your new clean apartment? Nope still garbage and stains from the last residents. You expect to be able to do homework? Nope WiFi chooses when to work and when not to. Expect to pay the price you were guaranteed? Nope random charges every other month. Only thing acceptable about this place is the maintenance crew. Other than that this place blows. This isn’t my first review either. It’s been like this for at least a year.

I agree with all the other reviews. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They show you a lovely demo and highlight this place as newly renovated when all they renovated was the club house. When I toured and signed my lease I had asked all the right questions and everything. I knew it wasnt guaranteed since there was new management coming by the time I would move it. I do not plan on renewing my lease for a singular bedroom when I can get a better apartment somewhere else for cheaper. I'm not sure how they think this is okay. The literal DEADLOCK on my door was broken (i had to go to the front office 3+ times to get it resolved), our filter for the air conditioning was in upside down and not even center. My room had/has MULTIPLE damages and it feels like the problems are never ending. You cannot EVER get a straight answer about anything. This is a horrible place to live if you wish to live peacefully.

Please don't live here. I wanted to love it so much. First day we moved in (they don't offer an early move in) they were 8 HOURS late to bring our furniture. We were promised our house would have furniture by 7am the morning we moved in. My mom had to go to the office and speak to the manager 3 separate times and they did not show up even though they told us they were on the way. Not even to mention, they left us with old crappy furniture (they promised everybody brand new furniture) which finally just got replaced last month. (Only took them 4 months??) We waited in our empty rooms, 8 hours for them to come in so I could even move in, I just sat there. Not even to mention the carpet in our house came completely DIRTY, the house was dusty and filthy, and none of our windows locked for SEVERAL WEEKS. Honestly for us paying 1300+ a month, it is not worth your money at all. They will give you fines for anything, changed their trash service times without saying anything & proceeded to fine all 4 of us $50. Staff is not helpful at all at solving your problems, you're basically told "good luck." Got a bill today for $100 to fix parts of the house? Why am I paying $100 extra to fix parts of the house that you should have fixed before we moved in? It's honestly ridiculous how much they are scamming these kids out of money. Not to mention they will randomly come into your house at any time (they do knock and ring doorbell, but still come in either way.) We are girls and yes it's kind of weird that men have access to come into our house at any time.The house is nice once I slammed the windows shut and deep cleaned the entire thing, but not worth ur money AT ALL. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. They still send me texts asking to renew even though i've told them multiple times I'm not? I'm just angry at this point. Will not live here ever again. They make so many promises that they don't keep and good luck getting help if you have an issue because they simply don't care. I will say the clubhouse and gym seems to be nice and clean, but doesn't go the same for any of the properties, I have heard so many complaints from kids about it being disgusting when they moved in. I am not going out of my way to make bad comments about a business, but it is unacceptable that they don't live up to anything they promise. The place is a mess and I'm hearing they're always switching management. Messy. Don't. Waste. Your. Time.
