The Yard University Apartments, boca-raton-fl

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Yard University Apartments. The setup of the apartments is one of my favorite parts. It feels very functional and comfortable for student living. The atmosphere is also a big plus. It’s generally quiet and relaxed, which makes it easy to focus and unwind. I especially love the outdoor feel of the property. It has a very open, outdoorsy vibe that makes it stand out from other student housing options. The addition of the lounge and gym is a great bonus. They’re convenient and add a lot to the overall living experience. Overall, it’s a great place for students who want a more peaceful environment while still having access to solid amenities and a nice community feel.

The leasing team was very helpful and quick to reply to my questions. It is so convenient to walk to campus and they do resident free food events that I've really enjoyed. The grounds are clean and you can't beat the pricing for the area. Thank you team!

I've had such a great experience living at The Yard University Apartments! The property is absolutely beautiful. What really stands out though, is the staff. Everyone I've interacted with has been incredibly sweet, helpful, and quick to address any concerns I've had. It's clear they really care about the residents and keeping the community running smoothly. Highly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live in Boca!

My daughter moved in about 2 weeks ago, and it’s been nothing but trouble. Firstly, everyone pays a cleaning fee automatically for when you move in, which is great if they actually cleaned. She moved into a filthy apartment with very bad mold on all the vents, scuff marks on all the walls, dirty splatters on the walls etc.. I had to personally clean the apartment with bleach. I was told that they didn’t have time to clean because the others person just moved out ( but I bet that person didn’t get their cleaning fee back). There was a burned outlet that you could tell had been a spark or fire, they just came and replaced the face of the burned plug instead of doing anything. The apartment has a very moldy smell and I was told my daughter was supposed to use the humidifier they placed in the apartment to get rid of the mold smell. You have to pay $45 for parking monthly, but your assigned “ spot” is always taken and then your told that if someone is in your spot that you must take A picture and send it to them but in the meantime you can’t park anywhere else or you will get towed. When you text them to let them know someone is in your spot ( because they won’t let you park anywhere else) you don’t hear back until 9 am the next morning, meanwhile you have to figure out where you can park while you wait and there is nothing but private property for miles. So you definitely can’t have guests, because there are not even enough spots for residents. I have video and pictures and text to back up everything. I’m not sure how they got good reviews, we will see how long this review stays.. no gym membership like the other posts say, not sure where that came from. I will continue to update as the time goes on… it’s going to be a long year UPDATE: since this review I must say that Management has gone out of their way to clean the apartment and mold and fix the scuffs- Parking is still horrible and I'm not sure that will ever be fixed
