I love Knapp Ave apartments!! The landlord is very helpful and flexible which is fantastic! The apartments are very nice, clean, and fully furnished which is a plus! I’m so happy I decided to stay here this year, and plan on the next year as well. Definitely recommending to friends in need of a place to stay 😊

Apartments are really nice and well kept. Definitely a great choice for off campus apartments. My roommates and I live at Knapp. Fully furnished for the most part which is amazing and a perfect choice for college. Landlord is super nice and helpful!!!!!!

I love the Pine ave apartments. I plan on staying here until I graduate my Masters program! Sante is so flexible with payments & is quick to fix any issue. He works with financial aid too which is so awesome! 10/10 recommend.

Lived in 3 apartments all rented through Sunset Holding and never had any problems or complaints. Apartments are good quality and has some of the best locations for off campus living in Bloomsburg. If your looking to live off campus, this is a great place to start.

I lived in Sunset Holdings apartments for 2 years and I don’t have a single complaint. The places were always extremely nice and Sante was always friendly and extremely easy to work with. Any complaints we had were taken care of as soon as possible. Not only does Sante provide top class apartments he also provides top class service. Any students looking to rent in Bloomsburg should definitely consider Sunset Holdings!
