Living at The Hamptons at IU has genuinely been the best experience I could have asked for. It feels so much homier than a regular apartment and the community is easy to settle into, but what really sets it apart is Ann the property manager. She somehow knows all of our names, remembers what’s going on in our lives, and checks in because she truly cares, not because it’s her job. She’s basically my mom at college and everyone here feels the same way. Add in the perfect location and parking that’s actually convenient, and it’s the first place I’ve lived that feels like a real home, not just student housing. I’d tell anyone at IU to live at The Hamptons without hesitation.

I’ve lived at The Hamptons Luxury Townhomes for two years, and Ann has been a great landlord throughout. She’s responsive whenever maintenance issues come up and genuinely cares about making sure residents are taken care of. The property itself is well-managed and kept in great condition. I’d recommend The Hamptons to anyone looking for a well-run community with management that answers when you need them.

Living at The Hamptons Luxury Townhomes has been an amazing experience. The townhomes are spacious, modern, and truly feel more like a home than an apartment. The community is quiet, well maintained, and in a great location close to everything. The staff is always helpful and responsive, which makes living here even better. Easily one of the best places to live in Bloomington.

Living at The Hamptons has been the absolute best decision. Seriously, this place doesn't feel like a typical apartment at all, it's like having your own house. The townhomes are huge, with plenty of space for everyone and all their stuff. It's so nice not to feel cramped like in the dorms or other apartments. We have our own patio, which is awesome for hanging out when the weather's nice. But the best part about living here is hands-down, Ann, the property manager. She is the coolest and actually cares about the people who live here. Ann is always organizing stuff for us to do, so you actually get to know your neighbors. It honestly feels like one big dorm floor, but way better because you have your own space. She makes sure everything is taken care of and is super responsive if you ever need anything. If you're a student at IU and want a place that's close to campus but feels like a real home with a great community, you have to check out The Hamptons. I couldn't imagine a better place to live

I absolutely love living at The Hamptons. I’ve lived here for two years now and I have never loved living in a place more. I previously lived at the Verve and switching to The Hamptons was the best decision I ever made. The neighborhood is great, the houses are spacious, the people are awesome, and the landlord Ann is like my second mom. Ann makes this place feel like home. She is so caring to all the residents, is quick to respond to any issues we may have, and simply acts like the super cool fun mom that we all need in our lives. She’s a ray of sunshine and everytime I see her walking through the complex my face lights up. So while the housing is phenomenal and the units are clean and spacious the staff is really what makes this place home. Ann and Mike (the maintenance man) are family at this point and I encourage everyone to live here or at least tour to meet them for yourselves. I love The Hamptons !
