If I could give it zero stars I would. Do not live here, most of the positive reviews you see in the page is because the Dillon staff members will do prizes and in order to enter the prize pot you need to leave a review on their page… this place is terrible, we had an infestation of silverfish all over our apartment, they were on our closet, beds, bath tub, kitchen, everywhere u can think of. We would reach out to the Dillon to get pesticide done and they wouldn’t take the issue seriously, the pesticide wouldn’t do anything at all and we lived like that for over a year. We would have an issue in the apartment and nobody cared to fix it right, they would have to come every week to try and “fix” the issue and it would break the next week and it was a constant cycle. Our carpet and rooms were given to us all dirty and with damages, yet they will find a way to blame you for the damages that were already there from past people and charge you for them. Seriously do not live here, worst living experience throughout my college years. oh by the way they left a water leak on our ceiling the whole year because they came in to fix a broken toilet and caused a water leak on the first floor because they didn’t know how to fix the toilet and they left the water leak for the whole year! Stay away from this place. Staff is rude and u will never be able to reach them, unless it’s time to pay rent, then they will be calling and texting non stop

The photos are from the day of move-in. Absolutely ridiculous! Zero cleaning, broken refrigerator, leaking dishwasher, now can't use the shower because there is a massive leak somewhere. Get used to hearing my name.

Avoid The Dillon if you value basic competence from property management. My roommate and I were repeatedly overcharged in ways that went directly against the terms of our lease, and the second we started asking questions about it, management suddenly became impossible to reach. At one point we were being charged $450 in utilities for a house that literally would not heat above 62 degrees in the winter. (Apparently heating was broken and we paid 220 each month for nothing, and didn't get a refund) We emailed multiple times asking for an explanation and a refund for the obvious overcharge, and management completely stopped replying. Apparently the strategy here is just to ignore tenants once the bills start getting questionable. Anyway, we asked maintenance to come in and they found a broken part that prevented the house form being heated up, and when we emailed, once again, we got ghosted. Front desk is the same. The ceiling fans in several unused rooms were left running constantly, which obviously increases the electricity bill. I submitted five separate maintenance requests asking them to turn them off. After the fifth request, I received a message saying the issue had been fixed, except it clearly wasn’t, because the fans were still spinning and visible through the window. Requests seem to get marked “completed” whether anyone actually does anything or not. Overall the management is slow, unresponsive, and completely careless when it comes to tenant concerns. If you like being overcharged, ignored, and dealing with problems yourself while still paying premium rent, then The Dillon might be perfect for you. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend renting literally anywhere else. I literally feel like I have to keep running around the daycare trying to solve these issues. If you already signed a lease here, please check if they are overcharging you against the terms of your lease, because that is what happened to me. I signed at one price, then got charged a different price. Management seems to think they can just toy around with unaware students, so please be very very careful. I came here as an international student all alone, and I feel very taken advantage of. This is no way to treat a tenant. I guess I should have listened to the warnings from other students before moving in, I really hope the Dillon understands how quickly word spreads on campus. PS. I think Joe got his recent pledges from Delta chi to spam 5 stars on the property and glaze him constantly. So dont fall for those lmao

I found this apartment complex to be pretty good overall. The amenities are very nice and helpful, specifically the shuttle and gym. The shuttle runs on a 15 minute schedule which is helpful when getting to and from campus in a timely manner. The gym, although small, is nice and often empty which helps if you enjoy working out in private. The equipment that there is in good shape and durable for heavy workouts. The apartments interior is spacious and comes pre-furnished which is helpful for a first apartment. Overall I enjoy the apartment and the multitude of things it offers.

I love this property!! There are consistent shuttles to and from Indiana University. The apartments are townhomes and are huge compared to most of the other options in Bloomington. This is an amazing student housing option for IU students.
