As a parent, who's paying rent for my son every month for a very expensive apartment, it's frustrating that the elevator has hardly worked for most of the school year. And he lives on the 4th floor, so trying to bring things up and down has been horrible. And it's still broken. It's been broken for about six months now. Recommend that you don't stay here. A very frustrated parent. I feel like you take advantage of these students.

It has been a rough two years for my daughter staying at the Stageyard. Communication was abysmal and don’t even get me started on the elevator issues, limited garage space and location. Stageyard, it’s time you do better.

I’ve had a great experience living here as a student. The apartments are clean, modern, and close to campus, which makes daily life super convenient. Management is friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests, and the amenities are perfect for both studying and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend this place to any student looking for a comfortable and stress-free living environment.

The elevator has been broken in throughout the entire school year, I’m on the fourth floor. The staff is polite and nice but Very unresponsive and never answer the phone Ever. They committed to giving me a garage space from a year ago and then never gave it, there’s a reason I’m not going to live here again next year.

the elevator in this building has not worked for literally 4 months. the last email they have sent to residents about it was ~2 months ago. no updates since then. they also try to charge you $180 / mo for parking. also don't be fooled by the very obviously chatgpt'd reviews Daniel replies to.
