I have rented properties in several countries, but my experience with Cedarview was truly exceptional - far beyond anything I've encountered before. We spent two days touring 14 different properties in Bloomington, yet none of them felt quite right. This is where I would like to give special recognition to Shannon Young, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She invested significant time and effort to understand our needs (even before we had fully defined them for ourselves), and find the best property for us. The amount of care, attention and support we received from Shannon and the rest of the team was outstanding, and made the entirety of the process feel smooth and enjoyable. Thank you!

My son rented from Cedarview Management for 3 years while attending IU Bloomington. The location is perfect and so close to campus, which made things incredibly convenient for him. The best part of working with Cedarview was Pam Crandall. As a parent, it can be stressful when your child is away at college, but Pam made everything seamless. She was always incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind whenever we needed anything. She truly goes above and beyond for her residents and their families.

I’ve had a great experience living at Cedarview in Bloomington, and a big part of that is because of PJ. She is incredibly kind, helpful, and always goes out of her way to make residents feel welcome. You can tell she genuinely cares about the community here. One of the things that really makes Cedarview stand out is the effort PJ puts into creating a fun and friendly atmosphere. Waffle Wednesdays are always something to look forward to, and it’s awesome that she actually cooks for the residents. The slushy machine is another small touch that makes the place feel more like a community than just an apartment complex. Overall, Cedarview has been a great place to live, and PJ plays a huge role in that. Really appreciate everything she does for the residents.

Chris from the maintenance team is awesome! He not only addresses issues quickly, but will keep you updated as a tenant, explaining any questions you may have. He goes above and beyond to help the tenants!

I had my washer and dryer replaced, and Chris handled the job perfectly! He was incredibly polite, friendly, and respectful—he even took off his shoes before entering my home. Not only did he install everything smoothly, but he also cleaned up afterward, leaving my place just as tidy as before. I’ve seen Chris multiple times for other maintenance work, and he’s always been professional, kind, and never rude. He responds quickly to requests and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly. Even after replacing my washer and dryer, he followed up a couple of times to ensure everything was running smoothly. If you ever need maintenance, Chris is the guy you’d want helping you. Highly recommend!
