10 North, bloomington-in

I lived in a single at 10 North and the floor plan, appliances/furniture, location, etc. are great for the rates offered. Naomi at the office was always incredibly helpful and easy to get ahold of when needed. The onsite maintenance tech responds quickly to service requests and did a great job with a couple fixes in my unit. Walls aren’t thin I rarely heard any noise from other units, only sometimes heard people in the hallway going by. The walk to Kirkwood and Kelley/Wells area on campus is pretty short and there’s a couple of bus stops within a 3 min walk. The coffee shop downstairs is good and has places to study and print for free. The package lockbox in the apartment lobby makes keeping track of deliveries super easy. A couple honest downsides: one, my floor plan didn’t have any windows that opened so the apartment got stuffy sometimes especially when cooking. Two, I paid monthly rates for an on-site parking spot which was pretty expensive and seemed way overpriced especially because it looked like there was good amount of unreserved spots. Nonetheless I’d 10/10 recommend

This apartment is in a great location, close to IU, and it is very convenient for taking the bus. The leasing office staff are thoughtful and friendly. Heather, who helped me find my first apartment in Bloomington, always answered my questions, even when I was being very particular. I really appreciated her patience and support. Naomi also gave me a tour of my new apartment. She was very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout the process. Overall, I have had a great experience so far. I'm excited to move into my new apartment and look forward to living here.

10 North has been a great place to call home at IU. Heather and Naomi made the leasing process really smooth and were always super responsive and easy to work with. And shoutout to Josh on maintenance, anytime something came up he was on it quickly and always got it resolved. Highly recommend to any students looking for housing near campus!

Heather Fulton, the property manager at 10North was absolutely exceptional throughout our son’s apartment search. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and diligent. She took a tremendous amount of time answering every single question we had and we had many. At no point did we feel rushed or like any concern was too small. Her knowledge of the property, transparency, and genuine willingness to help made a potentially stressful decision feel easy and comfortable. She consistently followed up, provided thoughtful guidance, and made sure our son felt confident in his choice. Heather’s professionalism and dedication truly set her apart. We’re so grateful for the care and attention she gave us during this process. 10North is fortunate to have her.

Very nice apartment, in a great location and management is extremely helpful and quick to respond! Definitely would recommend!
