2 stars at best. -1 for no free parking for guests(or at least require them to get a printable ticket to put on their dashboard) -1 for the WiFi being out a week(we have to call single digits WiFi cause they don’t care LOL) and -1 for 0 amenities.

Living has caused me a lot of frustration, here is a list of my issues. 1) they have no guest parking and therefore have been able to have any guest over without the risk of them getting their vehicle towed. For the price I’m paying, I would say that this is a bare minimum ask from the management company. There are many apartments in Blacksburg that offer guest parking so this should be an industry standard, and it’s not even for a valid reason since our parking lots have plenty of spaces, but management refuses to make this accommodation and just encourages that we should look at “the town of Blacksburg website” to find parking nearby. This is such a major inconvenience for something that really shouldn’t be. 2) the WiFi is difficult to set up and add guest to. The WiFi they offer at the apartment is not like the typical WiFi you’d use where you can just enter in the password to get the WiFi. The WiFi they offer is through an app that doesn’t work half of the time. 3) the apartment is overpriced for the lack of am amenities and benefits of living there. The only thing they offer is a tiny fitness center since the management has changed and there’s no longer a clubhouse. Honestly you’re better off paying around $1100 to go live at a nicer place that has better amenities and service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Management and maintenance are horrible. Not that many amenities. Parking is limited. Rent is through the roof for what you’re getting. Better off going to any other complex as most of these places are now offering fully furnished apartments issue free for the same price. They really had the audacity to increase the rent as well.

Early this month we had an issue with the apartment our son had rented and immediately and without hesitation Ms. Elizabeth Kaires (property manager) addressed the issue. She looked for another available apartment and provided a couple of options. Although the cost was higher for the other available options, the atmosphere and set up was pleasant. My husband and I are extremely grateful for Ms. Kaires who took time to address the issue right away, particularly when we mentioned that we were leaving the area early the next morning. Ms. Samantha Lovern, assisted us by showing us the new apartment and amenities. Thank you to both of these staff members who were superb! They certainly represent their company very well!

For the amount of money it costs to live here, you'd think management would be on top of things. But there is only one staff member who is always super helpful and kind, and seems to actually care about providing good customer service, her name is Keila i think, and she has brown hair shes awesome; the other staff members are not so welcoming. The cost is just about the same as living at the other luxury apartments such as the hub or union, if i had the chance to go back in time i would've never resigned my lease and instead went with one of those two since they are only a little more money for much more amenities, such as actual gyms, pool, and they actually keep their clubhouses stocked with snacks no matter how fast they run out, and always have fun events going on, and provide internet that doesn't fluctuate as often as the weather. You'd think with the amount of money they are collecting from each person who lives here they'd want to provide some better service to beat the competition, but alas, nights of disconnecting internet seemingly never end, and the online portal to pay rent always seems to go down every month. I would've loved to write a better review for this place since with some love and care from the staff it would be an amazing place to live that id prefer over the hub and union simply because of the aesthetic and location, but management needs to work on their game if they want to keep their residents happy because as of now, its frustrating to live here, and its a shame because this place could be so much better. Just yesterday morning the water got shut off for a few hours in the morning …. No notice, follow up email or anything from management.
