Package system needs to be revamped. If we have to pick up from the office between 9-5, and we work 9-5, how are we ever supposed to pick up our packages? They claim their office is open between 9 and 5 on Saturdays too, but no one is ever manning the desk. I haven't been able to pick up my packages in what feels like 3 weeks. Leaving a public review instead of writing just a private message to the property to hopefully put some pressure on them to actually do something about this, but I think we can all expect to just get a cushy, corporate response to this review with no actual action taken.

I moved in here in June 2024 when the building had just opened. It's been a steady downhill from pretty much the start. The amenities are marketed as luxury, but many are either broken or neglected. Last summer, the pool was green and completely unusable. The elevators are a constant issue; one has been out for weeks at a time on multiple occasions, and there have even been stretches where both were down at the same time. For a building this size, that's genuinely unacceptable. Maintenance has been just as frustrating. My A/C went out for over a week in the middle of summer. It took multiple requests, calls to emergency maintenance, and repeated trips to the office before anyone actually addressed it. Nobody should have to fight that hard just to get their air conditioning fixed. For a solid stretch of 6-8 months, the fire alarms were going off constantly; we're talking 10 or more times in a single day at points, including at 2, 3, and 4 in the morning. It was exhausting and genuinely disruptive to daily life. It has gotten better recently, but honestly with the way this building is managed, it's hard to feel confident that it'll stay that way. The common areas have fallen apart too. The pool table hasn't had a triangle rack or working cues in over a year. The sports lounge has a great balcony with city views at night, but management locks it after a certain hour, which completely defeats the purpose. Also, the valet trash gets skipped on scheduled days more often than it should. Parking was around $175/month when I moved in and is now roughly $25 with deals. Went from gouging residents to practically giving it away because they can't keep people here. The location is great, and honestly, the first several months showed real promise. But two years in, it's impossible to recommend this place to anyone. EDIT: I originally gave a 2-star rating instead of 1, but my AC just broke again for the fourth or fifth time now. And in the middle of the hottest weather of the year so far. I also learned that the only reason this apartment complex has a 3.4 out of 5 is that they offer free merchandise in exchange for five-star reviews. It should be much lower. I'm so glad this is my final month here. Do yourself a favor and do not even consider this place. I could've recommended it the very first year, but their management is just so awful it's crazy how bad it's gotten, and it's only been here for 2 years.

Disappointing in so many ways. Due to poor management and safety concerns, I cut my daughter’s lease short by 2 months . There was an unknown male occupant residing with my daughter’s roommate for months. I provided video footage of his comings and goings to management who refused to watch it. They stated that if they didn’t personally witness it then it didn’t happen. They wouldn’t even review their own videos. It smells like trash most of the time due to the hallway trash valet service. There were chicken bones by the entry door from the garage that had been there for a least a month.prior to our departure. That explained the rodent traps. Would not recommend!

I paid my rent on February 2, and my check was accepted and successfully processed. I confirmed with my bank that the check cleared. However, as of March, the charge is still showing on my account. I’ve had to go to the office week after week to ask when it will be corrected. Each time I’m told it’s “fine,” but the balance has not been updated. When rent is paid and funds are accepted, the resident’s account should reflect that accurately and promptly. It’s extremely frustrating to have to repeatedly follow up over something that should have been resolved weeks ago. I expect better communication and faster resolution when it comes to financial matters.

This place is HORRIBLE DO NOT LIVE HERE. Management does not care about you, they will lie to your face, go back on their word, etc... Packages get stolen, the property is seldom cleaned, the tenants do not take care of the property and damage things in which management will not actually fix, elevators constantly go down for days at a time, fire alarms go off all the time for no reason, maintenance will not actually fix anything either, the list goes on. This place is way too expensive to be worth it. Heed my warning.........
