The Printing House, binghamton-ny

I scheduled a tour to see this apartment and Rosabella showed me around the building. She was amazing—very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She provided clear information, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. Her attention to detail and welcoming attitude really stood out. The building is clean and well maintained, great amenities.

Printing house is the best off campus housing! The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes out of their way to be helpful. I also love that the building hosts interactive events for the residents, it’s a great way to meet new people. The amenities are also amazing! Definitely a five-star experience.

My time at printing house has been great! I really like the staff (Amy, Jamie, Kendra) and I would recommend living here if you can afford the rent!

Rayha and her team were genuinely nice and understanding. Especially as a student trying to find housing everything can be a bit overwhelming and frustrating but they made sure we were accommodated and reached out to if there was any confusion.

The Printing House has given me the experience being that it is my first apartment. Facilities are clean, it feels very secure and the apartment itself is nice a spacious with a gorgeous view! The rent is a good price considering all of the amenities that come with it. Any issues I have had have been addressed within 24 hours of me placing a maintenance request. Overall, it is a fantastic place to live!
