Nate Rentals, binghamton-ny

Lived at Walnut St with 5 of my best friends while in university. Great place to live, Nate and his team were so amazing, every request we made were answered within 1-2 hours, their maintenance team are outstanding. Snow removal also done very promptly, and they even provided shovels and salts.

I have had the best experience with Nate Rentals. Moving off campus from Binghamton is stressful enough, and they made everything so easy. Maintenance responded quickly and did a great job, we were informed of any tours with plenty of time, and he was overall great to rent from. I recommend renting from Nate Rentals to anyone that asks me. The prices are fair, and with utilities included for me it was such a relief to not worry about bills.

Nate rentals is the absolute best rental company in Binghamton. I have rented from multiple places and not one company has compared to Nate Rentals. They are incredibly responsive, kind, welcoming, attentive, and proactive when working with their tenants. I have referred 3-4 friends already and they themselves have loved their experience as well. I have stayed with them for 3 years now in three separate apartments, as long as I’m in Binghamton I won’t go anywhere else.

Very hospitable and kind people to rent from. Could not recommend a better landlord company in Binghamton area. If you are considering an Amicus house, I can personally say Nate will give you better service and quality of living for the duration of your lease!

Loved living with NateRentals! He always was great about repairs and maintenance if the house needed, plus had a lovely laundry space and amazing events/promotions for his tenants. Will always recommend :)
