Ben seriously is the best landlord in Binghamton! He worked with us to make sure we not only found the best property but had all the accommodations we needed to feel safe. Him and his team made the leasing process so easy, and when we had specific requests he worked with us to meet them. He says his goal to to make students happy and he really works hard to make that happen. Definitely work with him, this is my third year living off-campus and he's the best landlord I've had.

The best/ most organized housing company in Binghamton. My landlord was always responsive and if I submitted a maintenance request at night they were there first thing in the morning. All of the staff was more than willing to comply with any request I had. My apartment was fully furnished and clean when I moved in, I’ve also been in other units from this company that were very nice.

I loved my time at one of L&R’s properties! They responded quickly to any questions or fixes we needed, maintained the property well, and were kind in all of our interactions. The property manager helped us with a different term lease due to a situation we had, that we were so grateful for. The price was more than fair for all of the new appliances, neighborhood and great management team!

Always reachable and very kind— definitely a step up from my last housing experience. Quick to take action if needed, and they actually warned us if there were going to be visitors! (ie safety inspector, etc). Never had to worry ab hidden or unnecessary grabs at my safety deposit. Highly recommend :)

Ben and his representatives are so kind and accommodating. They make sure to follow through with any requests, reply in a timely manner, and provide the highest quality of assistance. I was worried about finding off-campus housing but they made the process so much easier! Definitely recommend to anyone, you’ll get your money’s worth.
