Casey and his maintenance crew were the best for the two years I lived at his property. They were extremely responsive and made us felt safe in our house. The house was beautiful renovated and they take care of their homes! Could not recommend living in one of their properties more.

I’ve lived in one of these properties for the past 2 years and I am left with nothing but GREAT things to say about the people and the place. Both Casey and the maintenance crew were extremely responsive and always attended to our needs no matter how big or small. The house was also completely furnished with beautiful amenities and was newly renovated and kept very well up to date. I recommend this housing to anyone looking for a spot in the area and will truly miss the house we lived in!

I lived at one of Casey’s properties for my senior year of college (2023-2024). Not only is the property so nice, but him and the maintenance team (John!) were so amazing about responding to work orders and helping us out with move in and out. The previous year, I lived in a stone bridge property which sucked and they were SO shady so Casey was such a breathe of fresh air. Definitely best landlord to date. Great about resigning our lease and even offered us a bonus for helping fill the lease when we were moving out! Definitely recommend living on one of these properties.

We had such a great experience with Casey & Mike as well as with the entire maintenance team (especially John). We rented for 2 years and had the most convenient and enjoyable experience thanks to all of them and their property! Our house was beautiful and so well kept and any issue we had was fixed almost immediately!

The past two years I’ve lived at one of their properties and had the best experience. When we first got there the house was clean and renovated. Maintenance was always quick to respond with anything we needed. I had a wonderful experience so much so my friends and I had found friends to fill the property in this years coming lease as we graduated. Best student housing company in the area!
