I have rented through Bearcat housing for over 2 years and I can say they make everything very simple and smooth. They respond quickly and help you find new apartments/houses for your group. They even let me move in a day early before my lease started, which helped me tremendously. Their properties are well maintained and have new appliances/furniture. I would recommend it for any student/young professional that wants decently priced and good quality housing.

Initially, it was difficult to get follow‑ups on support tickets or lease‑related concerns, but after raising the issue, the management recently reached out and resolved my pending requests promptly. I appreciate their efforts to make things right. Hopefully, they continue improving their communication and tenant support moving forward, as the property itself and location are quite good once these gaps are addressed.
