I was a tenant of Bearcats Housing for two years from 2021-2023 and can confidently say I had one of the best and smoothest experiences renting. First and foremost, they were very welcoming and attentive during the touring process, but their care did not subside after renting. Throughout my tenancy, they responded quickly to concerns and maintenance requests. As for the properties themselves, both times they came furnished with updated appliances which my roommates and I found very helpful as college students. Overall, Bearcats Housing made my time residing in Binghamton for college a great experience and I recommend any student to consider renting from them for their off-campus living.

Living on Leroy Street in one of Bearcats Housing’s apartments has been great! I love the location it’s close to everything, and there’s even a bus stop right across the street. The maintenance team is super nice and always helpful. I’m renting with them again next year with a bigger group, and they made signing a new lease so easy. They’re even allowing us to transfer our security deposits, which is such a plus!

Initially, it was difficult to get follow‑ups on support tickets or lease‑related concerns, but after raising the issue, the management recently reached out and resolved my pending requests promptly. I appreciate their efforts to make things right. Hopefully, they continue improving their communication and tenant support moving forward, as the property itself and location are quite good once these gaps are addressed.
