Every interaction has been smooth and pleasant, which makes the overall experience even better. This is now my third year with Amicus, and their consistent support and customer care are the main reasons I continue to stay with them. I lived with Amicus for a year and I had such a great experience. Ashley and the rest of the crew were so responsive if there were any issues in the unit. They were so friendly and accommodating during my time with them. I highly recommend signing a lease with them!

I've rented with Amicus for a few years now and they have been good to me. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Ashley and Vinny have both come through when I needed them and have listened to any minor frustrations that have (naturally) come up over the years when living in student housing. They have lots of options for apartments, which come furnished, and are a reasonable price for the area in my opinion. They are responsive and committed to being organized for the sake of their tenants. I learned of them through a friend and I recommended them to a different friend of mine as well. They are better than previous landlords I've had and certainly better than some of the horror stories I've heard from friends. I would recommend them!
