This place is absolutely ridiculous. If you have a problem with someone they tell you to fill out a grievance form. I’ve filled out so many grievance forms I’ve lost count. They do absolutely nothing to address problems here. If anyone is thinking about moving here I strongly suggest that you don’t. The staff here doesn’t care about the residents. All they care about is getting the rent money. If I could find another place to live I’d leave this place in a heartbeat

It has been very nice living here for 17 years. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to anything you need help with. I will miss my apartment when I move to Michigan.

This place has 5 star office workers. When there was a problem in my apartment the maintenance workers were there to quickly fix the problem, and I never had to worry about them stealing anything. They have had a pest problem that they are working hard to resolve.

After being here 16 yrs.. I can truthfully say I have cherished so many people...in and out of the office. At times I know I ve been a pain in the pin feather's.🙂....but your staff here is very special to those of us who have caring ❤️s for it's clear your staff does! God Bless CRM and all those in your company.If possible please say hello to John Varecka for me and other's I've been grateful to know over these many year's! I would put a 0 if I could but because I can't I'll just write this to let everyone know that the building has bed bugs and if let's say your family member doesn't say anything to the office because they are worried about what others might think or say the office will not do anything!! Even with proof and complaining still nothing is done because my family member won't go say something!! It's a shame that they work like this and allowing the transfer of bed bugs like they are it's Gross!!! This place should be ashamed!!
