Venlo Place Apartments, big-rapids-mi

This is my HOME 🫶🏼 I would recommend this place to any college student looking for a place to live. Get your friends together and come rent here, seriously-it’s the best. The staff here are so incredibly kind and always so ready to help with anything we may need. Seriously couldn’t have gotten more lucky with this place.

I’ve lived at Venlo Place Apartments for the past four years during college, and I can honestly say it’s been an amazing experience from start to finish. This place truly felt like home. The apartments are well-maintained, comfortable, and in a great location, which is perfect for student life. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, which made a huge difference during busy semesters. What really sets Venlo Place apart, though, is the office staff. They are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. A special shoutout to Sarah—she is absolutely amazing! She’s always welcoming, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it was answering questions, helping with paperwork, or just being a friendly face in the office, she made living here such a positive experience. I’m so grateful for my time at Venlo Place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and supportive community to call home.

Venlo Place is a great place to live! The amenities make life really easy- WiFi, snow shoveling, trash service, and everything is well taken care of (and included in rent). Maintenance is super speedy and always responsive, which is a huge plus. The management team is kind, understanding, and genuinely cares about residents. They also do a great job building community with fun giveaways and events like movie nights, dirty soda bars, donuts, and more. On top of all that, the rent is affordable for what you get. I’ve really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend Venlo Place to others.

Truly love living here great staff and great office space to chill and get free food and drinks! The maintenance guy Shawn is the greatest! Truly a jack of all trades, what can’t he do!
