The property managers and maintenance are quick to act and always helpful. It’s a pretty safe area and if any issues do arise the second you mention it to staff they deal with it immediately. Rent is super affordable, apartment is shockingly nice for the price. Definitely double check the cleaning job when you move in but otherwise no complaints!

A great place to live if you attending Ferris State University. It’s close to campus, the staff are all awesome at their jobs and make sure you have everything you need! Rent is very affordable for college students and the staff love to give back to their renters with food, prizes, and so much more! Great place to live in Big Rapids for anyone!

I love living here but I do have a complaint, the internet is terrible no matter how many times you call or have the internet guy out. I genuinely think the internet contract NF has needs to be changed, the lag is not something to joke about, especially as a college student. Not NF’s fault, the internet people need to do better.
