Polk On Third - Off Campus Student Housing, bethlehem-pa

I loved my time at Polk on 3rd and will cherish it forever !!! The building itself was well-maintained and clean, and I liked having washers and dryers available on the floor (free of charge!) - made them super convenient to use. Also, I really appreciated that the apartments were already furnished. The location was also wonderful for walking to class (at Lehigh). Only took me 6-7 minutes to get to campus from my place! Additionally, I very much appreciated the apartment manager's help whenever I had any issues or concerns. Mattie was so kind and also very quick to respond to my texts, which I appreciated throughout my entire lease at Polk. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone living in the Bethlehem / Lehigh area. I couldn't have had a better experience!

Honestly, one of the best organized places in Bethlehem. Best management crew in my experience in Bethlehem. Extremely flexible, understanding, and apartments are nice. Would highly recommend to other Lehigh students, very close to campus and directly on third street.
