Lehigh University Off Campus Housing, bethlehem-pa

I lived in one of Lehigh Properties houses for nearly 2 years and had a great experience. The apartment itself was located in a nice and quiet are, was in great condition, came equipped essentials, and was reasonably priced. The management was prompt with all the maintenance requests and they proactively carried out external renovations to the building and parking area. What I appreciate the most about the management is how they handled a difficult lease situation created by my roommate. The building manager, Eric, very understanding, fair, and accomodating to keep my stay unaffected by the complications. I’d strongly recommend Lehigh Properties to anyone looking for student housing near the Lehigh campus.

I had a very pleasant rental experience here. The building’s management team was extremely attentive and responsive throughout the term of my lease. They made concerted efforts to ensure the buildings exterior was kept in top shape. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this property to current Lehigh students in search of a comfortable and safe living space.

My boyfriend and I just signed a lease with Austin & his team. Right off the bat, this was easily the best experience we had when it came to the apartment search in the Lehigh area. The management team has been extremely responsive and helpful, they had quickly communicated with us whenever we voiced concern or had questions. this has only made us more excited to move in. I will update my review once we move in and get settled, but from what we have experienced so far I would be surprised if it's anything less than 5 stars. Thank you guys!

This review is long overdue! My son rented through Lehigh Properties for two years, his tenancy spanning a changeover in management. At first, neither he nor I were enthusiastic about the whole off-campus idea (I have seen some in other towns that looked like slums!), but the experience proved to be a life treasure. He not only enjoyed close friendships, but he learned other life lessons that on-campus would not have taught. The location overlooking Steel Stacks while a short walk to campus was priceless. Austin (manager) is a class act. He is not only honest, responsive, and fair, but he goes above and beyond. After my son graduated, I approached Austin for a personal favor (hoping to tap into his expertise and experience), and he was once again responsive, kind, and completely gracious. I miss visiting my son and his Lehigh friends at First Terrace (as I used to tell my son, I would happily live there)!

I’ve known the manager for quite sometime. He is a very great person. He is very passionate about his work and is kind and friendly to everyone he comes across. Lehigh properties are clean, well kept, and affordable. I’ll definitively rent here if I was in college.
