I had a fantastic experience with Zac, the property manager at The Kittredge. From the very first phone call, he was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions. He then connected us with Erica, who is absolutely wonderful - energetic, kind, and very welcoming. The management team here is outstanding, and our experience with both Zac and Erica has been exceptional. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend The Kittredge to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming community!

We are very happy with Zach and truly appreciate the way he helped my daughter. When she returned home to Texas and left her eye lenses in her apartment in California, Zach went above and beyond to arrange overnight shipping through FedEx. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. We are very grateful for his outstanding customer service.

Erica made our tour experience exceptional from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to answer every question my friends and I had. I had a wonderful time living here this year! The apartment was very comfortable and manageable for a first time apartment renter. The added amenities were a bonus. The building managers were also helpful and timely whenever my roommates or I had questions or problems in the space. Overall, I highly recommend the Kittredge :)

Having stayed here for almost a year, I am especially grateful to the management staff, notably Zach, Jake, and Erica for their assistance and day-to-day handling of the building's affairs. When I was apartment hunting at the beginning of the academic year, they managed to help me expedite the process, and make move-in as smooth as possible on very short notice. Since then, they've been very responsive, both to email, and inviting during conversations in the lobby. I am thankful for their quick turnaround time, and also for their advocacy for residents in general.
