The property has significantly deteriorated. The tenants are inconsiderate and neglect their living space. The trash room is perpetually overflowing with trash, creating an unpleasant odor that attracts rodents and increases the residents’ utility bills. Additionally, people park in stalls that don’t belong to them without facing any consequences. When the rightful owner’s stall is taken, they are left waiting as towing cars are not an option. Furthermore, the park lift is frequently malfunctioning, and people leave their gates open. There was an AC system and other miscellaneous items left in front of the building for over a week. People are constantly smoking in front of the door, and the smoke alarm is constantly going off. The elevator is also frequently out of service. Recently, there was an incident where the key fobs and garage openers stopped working for everyone, forcing them to walk the stairs to get home. The elevator button on the first floor is broken, so residents have to walk up to the second floor to use the elevator. Overall, the property has deteriorated significantly compared to its condition five years ago. There is no security in place to prevent stragglers from sleeping in the lounge area and accessing floors to sleep on benches.

No standards. It’s such a mess. They don’t enforce policies to keep the building pleasant, noise free and clean. The cleaning lady is more interested in her head phones than doing her job. How does an elevator get dirty and smell bad every other day? It’s supposed to be a luxury apartment building but they run it into the ground. The tenants who weren’t raised right make the building an unpleasant mess. The rest of us can’t wait until our leases are up. This is because the management does little to set standards. They need to wake up!

The video tour was efficient and professional, with great attention to detail. It made remote review much easier and provided a clear understanding of the property condition and layout. A valuable tool for decision-making.

Worst management ever. They take forever to take care of the issues you report, you constantly have to remind them, and they basically forget everything. On top of that, people smoke in the building—the entire lobby smelled like tobacco a few days ago, and yesterday, when the fire alarm went off, the entire hallway smelled like marijuana. Don’t live here.

I recently visited the community on the fly, and I had such a great experience! The leasing team, Julie and Carly, were absolutely amazing – they made me feel so welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Although we’re looking to lease for fall 2025, we’re already certain this is the place for us. The whole vibe of the community was perfect, and with such a fantastic leasing team, I know we’ll be leasing here when the time is right. Highly recommend checking it out!
