I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel like I should share this for future tenants. The refrigerator in my unit makes a very loud mechanical noise that turns on repeatedly, it happens every minute,especially late at night when everything is quiet. It often wakes me up and has seriously affected my sleep. I reported it twice, but both maintenance and management said the noise is “normal” and that nothing can be done. For a building where the rent is already very high in Berkeley, basic living conditions like being able to sleep at night shouldn’t be this hard.

Trish gave me a really great tour of the property. She was friendly, informative, and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. She took the time to walk through the details and answer my questions, which I really appreciated. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are impressive. Definitely worth touring if you’re looking in the area!

Staffs are all very patient and friendly, the building is usually quiet but can overhear noises from the street. Lived here for almost a year now overall experience is great. Gym and garden are very clean.
