I’m very Greatful for this Sterling Staff. I’ve been a Resident for 4 years. The staff is very friendly and of exceptional service. I was amazed, this is the best team yet. Good management is a blessing. Deja Thanks for the constant support and doing all the Hard work. You handled my situation like a neighbor or family. I really appreciate you. I was amazed how Sterling Property Management handled my living my situation amongst taking great care of all of the other residents as well. You all are REALLY appreciated.

Our family was very grateful to work with Angela Alvarez. She was extremely kind and helpful in the process of inquiring about an apartment rental for this fall. Her correspondence was always quick and she addressed all of our questions which made the application process easygoing. She has expressed her continuing availability to us in the event any new questions arise. I highly recommend asking for and working with Angela when dealing with the Sterling Berkeley business. You will feel well taken care of and reassured in the rental process and beyond.

Lived here for three years, and the current management is better than the last one. That being said, I don't know why the other reviews are all stellar, but the building is honestly the worst considering the absurdly high price. 1)The walls and windows are so thin you could knock the down if you wanted to. You can basically hear everything everyone else in the building is doing. There are residents who have no respect for noise control. The new management is doing renovations, but unless they change all the windows to double pane at the least, nothing will improve. 2) Also, the layout of the unit itself is very very inefficient. The door to one bedroom is literally right next to the front door, which makes it incredibly uncomfortable for the person living there. This is something you would understand if you live here. I didn't realize it either when I just did the tour, so word of caution there. I lived here because of convenience to campus, but if you have a car, it would honestly be better to live somewhere else. I really can't say anything good about the building except for location, and I doubt renovations will change the issues I had with the building. I'd advise you to not trust the other reviews, because they only posted comments about the new management (which we were asked to do). I don't want anyone to come in without knowing the real issues and weighing the pros and cons.

Angela was amazing in assisting us in our search for a new place for my son. She was very attentive and accommodating. Ashley was also very responsive and accommodating. Both were very patient in answering all our questions. Although my son decided on a different place primarily due to proximity of his classes (opposite side of campus) but I would totally recommend this place primarily due to its management, value for money, great vibes, and accommodation. It is across the northwest side of campus entrance - so, it's very convenient.

I’ve been a resident at Sterling Oxford for 9 months. I stopped by the office to get information on my lease. I needed to move out early and wasn’t sure where to start. Aaliyah was extremely helpful in explaining the lease break fees and I feel more at ease with this whole move out process. Deja and Larissa were very personable as they were kind and understanding of my situation in needing to leave early. I appreciate the staff here and hope my next apartment complex has team members that represent what Sterling stands for! If you are considering leasing here do not hesitate to share your concerns because there’s always someone in the office who cares enough to help out. Definitely Recommend! Would vote 10 stars if I could!
