I lived with Kapi one semester since I enrolled UCB Extension. It was very convenient to walk to school and I loved my apartment. Kapi team has great customer support and I would highly recommend Kapi to all UCB Extension students especially if you are looking for a short term fully furnished affordable student housing in Berkeley.

My daughter is a sophomore at UCB and it was so hard to find an affordable student housing in Berkeley until we came a cross with Kapi residences. Kapi helped us to find a shared room in a fully furnished apartment within walking distance to campus. They also found and matched the roommates for her. Now they even became besties with her roommate and they both really enjoy living in Kapi:) Would highly recommend this company!

Good location near the Marina with many restaurants and shops nearby. Provided facilities range from an awesome rooftop over an internal gym up to washing machine and dryer directly inside the apartment. Living room is spacious and includes a reasonably-sized kitchen and a TV. Kapi Residences usually responded quickly to our personal requests and really facilitated organizing accomodation from abroad.
