Mr. Jason Valdez is Excellent! One of the main reasons why I chose Acquatics Shattuck from other places I had already visited, was mostly because of Mr. Valdez’ kind and very professional attitude. He provided timely and effective assistance the day I moved in, and has been attentive to any request. Mr. Jason Valdez is outstanding in the high level of his performance as Acquatics Manager. Jason has been a great property manager! Very personable and responsive! I had an issue with my toilet and he responded to my maintenance request right away. He was able to get it fixed in only a couple days while I was on a trip so I was happy to come back home to a working toilet! Thank you Jason!

Jason Valedez has done a great job since becoming manager here. It's a pleasure to work with him and the company. And then how do I I just Alexus did a wonderful job on my (early) move in and went the extra effort over a Sunday to arrange everything. I appreciate the professionalism.

I’m currently living in Maryland but considering a move to California, and this property was one of the first on my list to check out. From the very beginning, Alexus was incredibly helpful and professional. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel comfortable about the relocation process, even from out of state. She walked me through the details of the property, explained the amenities, and was very patient while I weighed my options. I really appreciated how responsive she was and how she took the time to make sure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision. Even though I’m still in the process of finalizing my move, I left the tour feeling confident and excited about the possibility of living here. Thank you, Alexus, for making the experience smooth and welcoming.

EDIT: Hi Jessica, I stand by what I said, and you are actually the most unethical of all the staff. You know what you did. Please don't try to make yourself look good by making false claims. I had the worst living experience here out of all the places I've lived. SG real estate is run by unethical people who do not care at all about their tenants. Listen to the other negative reviews about the property. SG real estate advertised "luxury" but the architecture of the unit is constructed with such poor quality materials. I put in a maintenance request biweekly, none of the appliances work. The walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors’ footsteps at night. The floor boards are cracked. The front desk staff Alexus scammed me and made me false promises about my rent. DO NOT RENT HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND HEADACHE.
