I lived here for a little over a year and I have to agree with every other one star review.. I moved out in January and they told me if I couldn’t find someone they would start to back fill rooms after the other rooms were filled.. well turns out they lied and filled my room in march before filling the empty ones and are now getting double pay on one room. ILLEGAL!! And they didn’t even tell me someone else moved into MY BED SPACE! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! When I called them about this issued all they had to give me was excuses.

Edit after "Response from Owner"I wish this review stuff had reply function. Parking concerns taken seriously? That is not what you guys sounded like when I called you and asked. Your after-hour towing is awful, takes ages to get anything done. I should have known when I saw the bad rating you guys have in google to start. None of your policies or regulation have any strict guidelines and your office people do not know what they are doing. I am not a type of person that will leave a bad review before trying to resolve it on my own, but your customer service is horrible. Horrible place to live. This type of residence need to go out of business and need to learn how to fix their management. There are always people parking in spots they are not supposed to but these guys don't do anything about it until way later the next day. I do not have a space to park and I park somewhere else and I get my car towed. Management is lazy and useless. Front desk is absolutely no help any time you go, they are also lazy, it is like they interview and pick the laziest and the most incompetent workers. DO NOT go into this place, all you will do is regret it. I have lived in many places and this place by far is the worst. Just pay the extra couple hundred dollars so you do not have to deal with the stress in this place, it is worth it I guarantee you.

The people at the main office are incredibly nice and helpful with everyday issues. I have a reserved parking space, which means I pay $60 a month for a parking space. However, over the last two weeks four different people have been in my spot so I have been unable to use it. I have reported each time and Lark does nothing to solve it. They don't want to tow the violators and this will be the reason I don't release next year.

“Nobody likes their landlord” but I did. I lived here for 5 years and it was my first home away from my parents. I really believe that they did everything within their power to make me feel safe and heard and accommodate me even when it may have not been convenient for them and they didn’t legally have to. The expenses seem to even out when comparing to other places especially considering that in this lease you aren’t responsible for other roommate if they are unable to pay for any reason. They have on site maintenance run by Ravi who is also really amazing and knowledgeable and kind. There’s a security guard for after hours if you ever need anything. And they send out news letters with community activities every month encouraging residents to get to know their neighbors which is really cool.

Worst place you could ever choose to live and it only gets worse. I lived there last year and it’s very clear that this place just exists to take students money and get away with it. Literally requested a call back to deal with closing my account 2 weeks ago…. It took them 2 weeks to even give me a call back. So now they’re horrible AND you can’t even get ahold of them to solve it. I’m not even mentioning the hundreds of issues such as parking, TRASH, overcharges, etc etc. Literally go anywhere else
